They really took care of me and my fur baby. Staff was very friendly and calm. It was not chaotic in the hospital and they let us take our time saying our goodbyes…They made my process as easy as possible.

Our dog had been sick and puked up blood. We took him to this vet just to make sure everything was okay. The vet tech was super slow. They took our dog in the back to do blood work, but I'm not even sure they did it. The vet came out to talk to us and told us to give him Mylanta. He said it was bad for him, even though our old vet said it was okay. They were both snotty about our "country vet," who is awesome but an hour away. It was lunchtime and they were closing for lunch. The vet walked by with his lunch and didn't even acknowledge us. They kept giving us an estimate of charges and trying to upcharge us. They charged us for a fecal home test they didn't even give us. Finally, we went back to get a refund and didn't even get an apology. It's sad that they take advantage of worried pet owners! We were the only customers in the office for 2 hours to get medicine I could have bought over the counter.

I have repeatedly tried to get my vet records from this location and have never recieved an email or phone call back. I have been put on hold multiple times where no one came back on the phone for over 5 minutes.Clearly, you could care less about helping a dog owner. I switched vets, first off, because some concerns about my dog were shrugged off and her illness was not fixed by your meds or diagnoses and now I can’t even get her blood panel info or records sent to a new vet. What a disgrace.

Petco vet clinic was not only available immediately but so friendly and caring for our Ziggy as a new patient. She went missing for a few weeks and they sprung into action ensuring she was healthy and that we could leave knowing she’d be fine. Thank you!

Don’t go there. Dr Logan the vet is a complete embarrassment. This is my experience. I have a five year old male cat named Meko. I went to see Dr. Logan at the Petco location. Meko has been suffering from weekly occurring abscess/blister that burst and reoccur like a week later. This has been happening for about three months. When I went to see Dr. Logan he did nothing just told me to return when the next blister was bigger (at that time he had just experienced a burst blister so the growing blister was not big enough - as Dr. Logan mentioned) and did NOTHING else, though he had a wound from the previous blister. He charged me $79 for a five minute ‘visit’. He then sent me an estimate for $1,160 for a treatment when we returned to evaluate the blister. He did not care about Mekos pain. Nothing. I asked him to prescribe antibiotics to prevent and infection. But he insists not to do anything until we come back to evaluate the blister.

This place was amazing. The staff were all very kind and friendly! The vet tech Chase and Dr. Dror explained everything very well and treated my cat with lots of patience :) I mentioned offhand to the person at the front desk that I had a job interview and the entire clinic wished me luck and asked me how it went! Above and beyond ?

If this is the place attached to the Petco by the arboretum, it's awful. The customer service is non existent

This is my favorite Petco in the Austin area for Betta fish - this particular store has some of the most unique and beautiful Bettas I have ever seen (and I perused many of the petcos, petsmarts, and other aquatic stores around here before deciding which bettas to buy). I currently own two from this store. They've been with me for ~half a year so far and are so healthy and vibrant! Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking to start a Betta tank! The staff there is so helpful and my toddler and I especially love Miss Stephanie at checkout who is always smiling and ready to chat!

I made an appointment weeks ago on the app and even received reminder texts only to arrive and see this location has been closed since October 9th. There is no customer service number to contact. Petco has lost my business. The app still allows you to make appointments to this location, but it is closed. Super frustrating to wait weeks to get meds for nothing!

Zach and the whole team was awesome and friendly. The store was clean, beautifully merchandised. The people here obviously had good teamwork and liked working here. I hope the company treats them well. They recommended some dog food for my dog with severe allergies and even got us samples and coupons! Today was the best experience at a pet store ever and we've got 4 cats and a dog so we go to pet stores pretty often! Keep up the good work!

I enjoyed my first visit for my cat. Then I had a new vet which is fine. I looked at my medical records for the second visit and they gave her hook/round worm dewormer instead of tapeworm dewormer. My cat still has tapeworm since May. And it’s now august. It was hard for the vet assistant to look up my past medical records even though it was at the same medical office.

I went in for Vaccination for my cat. The head veterinarian refused to take my pet because she hissed and she didn’t want to come out. I told them she was just a scared cat and not aggressive. I offered to put a full body escape proof vest and leash, as well as a large cone, she still denied me, and was a bit rude. Seemed like she was having a bad day or something. She said it was bc she her nails and the fact she could escape which did not make sense to me. They had full arm covers for this and decided to not use. This was very irritating considering there was no information stating they will refuse cats that don’t want to come out of their kennel. Head veterinary should be used to this. Dealing with cats and dogs is their job. A leash, vest and large cone on a tiny 1 year old cat should have been so able. I needed this vaccine urgently. I will not be going back. I recommend this kind of information & concern be added to your site and noted before booking appointments for your future patients!
