Beware, THIS STORE STEALS PHONES. An employee at this store convinced me to trade-in a phone that was paid for and I was perfectly happy with for a new one that would some how be free. I surrendered my phone for the brand new one and was never given a receipt. When I saw on my bill that the trade-in was not credited I went back to the store several times, and was told not to worry it would eventually be credited. Three months later, I learn they don't know where my phone is, and it's was activated with a new email weeks after I gave it to them. When I reported this to customer service they told me they had "no evidence" that I ever gave them my phone. Conveniently they only retain security footage for 60 days. I was jerked around from beginning to end and treated like liar. Don't be fooled by the response below, they are DEEPLY unprofessional, and not to be trusted. DO NOT GO HERE.

STOLE MY PHONE. A slick employee neglected to give me a receipt for my trade in. At first I thought it was a mistake. After several emails, calls, and visits to the store they decided there was no evidence I ever traded in a phone at all. I told them exactly when to check the security footage to prove myself and they waited until the footage was erased to look into it. They even told me they HAD THE PHONE at one point and that the email it was linked to was changed (after the trade in) but still denied it was stolen???? HOW?? I cannot believe they get away with this. DO NOT do business with this store or any Verizon store run by RUSSEL CELLULAR. READ THE REVIEWS. I am not the only one.

If I could put Zero stars I would, I preordered an IPhone 15 Pro Max & got a call it arrived. I showed up the next day to find out my phone was SOLD. Then was lied to & was suppose to receive it the next week but the real date was October 20th. Ever since this has happened I’ve received lies from this store even lies about who management is.

I am currently on the phone with *611 because the young guy with blonde hair at the store did not activate my phone correctly. I lost my phone and had to buy a new one. I explained this to the guy, he asked if I needed help activating it and I said yes. He powered it on, did a few things then told me I am all set to finish at home. I get home, I have no service and cannot dial out. This is so frustrating. I called *611 and have to give the agent the MEID, ICCID, etc numbers for assistance because he doesn’t even see the new device on my plan. The staff at this store need better training.

Don’t trade your phone in they are stealing them and not putting the credit on Verizon bill. Then abusing you over it when you figure it out after 50,0000 phone calls and NO manager will call you. Avoid. And customer service and 1800 #’s are a joke. Rude. Refusing messages to district manager.

They were very nice to me at the beginning. However after I refused to buy some accessories for my new Iphone they told me they do not have phone . Please share if anyone has same experience. Since they told me that store is franchising. Not direct store. So bad feeling if it is true.

I forgot his name but the ginger guy with a beard and glasses was very helpful when he didn't even have to be.My mother-in-law's iphone 13 froze and I didn't know what to do and he helped out and was very patient with her although she was a bit frantic.He also clearly answered my questions about a cellphone and made suggestions too.Thank you!

All they told me about internet and cell phone cost was incorrect. Had to cancel service.And surprise. Now I have to dispute a charge with them even after I moved my service to at&t Verizon continued to charge me. Great service.

Hunter helped us clear up issues that belonged do another associate of the store. We are very happy with the result and I'm glad I switched services with verizon.

We arrived at 6:15 pm and were told they wouldn’t be done helping the current customers till closing time in 45 minutes so they couldn’t help us. Would expect being there 45 minutes before close would allow us to get service still but evidently not. I would understand if it was like 15 minutes before close but 45 is a ridiculousAlso told us to try the store that was already closed

TLDR; Verizon as a business has been great, but with the sole exception of the district manager, the employees in this store make it a less than desirable experience. Would not return or refer to a friend. My experience with Ketrick, the district manager, was amazing. Everyone thereafter left much to be desired. The devices I ordered were marked as delivered but not in the store. When I went in to inquire, the manager, Armando, continued to ignore the customer he was with and the waiting queue (which I was in) to attend to customers coming in and asking sporadic questions. I returned several days later, and Armando was the attending manager again. He set up my phone but did not have time to get to my watch, so rang me up and sent me on my way. However, he didn't follow through with anything I discussed with Ketrick. He didn't ask about which plan I was going to be on, whether I was still interested in making a down payment on the devices, or even bother to check that the watch he put in the bag was the correct one. Although we were there after hours (after I had asked several times if I should return the following day), he had even taken time for a personal text conversation in the middle of a call he was on with another Verizon representative. Needless to say, I had to return the next day to exchange the watch for the one I had ordered. The attendant there was initially quite rude, asking several times why I had taken the watch the night before if it was not the one I had ordered. She was able to put her attitude aside for the rest of our visit, and did set up the correct watch. She charged me for the remainder of the taxes and also did not ask about any down payment. By the end of the week, I ended up with a plan I had not originally agreed to, an additional monthly charge that was not disclosed to me during my conversation with Ketrick, and no option to put any additional money down without violating the terms of the contract. I've had to have multiple conversations with a virtual assistant to square everything as it should be. TLDR; Verizon as a business has been great, but with the sole exception of the district manager, the employees in this store make it a less than desirable experience. specifically shouting out Stephen G. from here who took magnificent care of three customers at once! All struggling with the new e-sims! he made the hefty wait while everything transferred much more enjoyable with his personality, as well as super helpful on all things Verizon. Look forward to coming back to such great service! THANK YOU STEPHEN! i can thoroughly enjoy my new iPhone because of you!
