Came in cause once again Verizon is messing up and was told that the manager doesn't take customers. Waited 40 minutes. When I came back in she had taken a customer. This treatment by Verizon is getting old. When I commented on how I was lied to, she stated "she'll go where she is needed." Lady - you needed to help the person who walked in and needed your help.

I happened to meet a person Mr.Perez in verizon.He helped me to purchase 4 new lines and phones.Interesting thing is that he shared his personal phone number to get assistance.He was so helpful and I live in another city but I was able to solve my issues behacuse i had his number.thanks perez ..you are just amazing.verizon should be lucky to have someone like you.Dr.Mathew

(Review was written a year ago) I didn't receive an email asking about my experience, but I wanted to ensure that Aron receives the praise he deserves. For months, I had been dealing with a frustrating issue between Apple and Verizon regarding a monthly payment for a phone I had already paid off. Despite numerous attempts, both sides failed to provide clear instructions, and Apple refused to assist. Finally, I decided to visit this store, primarily because it was conveniently located near my workplace. Aron greeted me with professionalism and empathy. He demonstrated remarkable knowledge, patience, and determination to resolve my issue promptly. In the end, Aron not only identified the problem but also successfully rectified it! Thank you, Aron, for your exceptional service! You are truly awesome!

Every time I've gone to this location they give me trouble with picking up my phone. The head of the account (my sibling) lives out of town and is unable to pick up the phone for me. I've explained to them that I'm a member, I've given them the password to the account, my ID matches the name on my phone number, I physically have the current phone being upgraded, but they still are uncooperative. Stay away, go to a different location. These people are not good at their jobs and a lot of times do not know what they are doing.

Went to Verizon to get a new line told me I had to wait 48hrs for the credit check come back 48hrs later to see what’s going on they tell me come back tomorrow and I should be approved never had to wait 3days to just to get a new line

What should have been a simple matter of customer service turned into a 5 hour total nightmare. As a retail leader with 38 years of experience I have never dealt with a worse suited person who lacked all leadership skills, all service skills and frankly couldn't be more inapt human. From her eye rolling, condescending tone to her non-solution minded power drunk choice of words I will let the entire world know to go to any other location than this one. This review is but just the beginning of this feedback. Zaira has neither the skills nor an understanding of customer service. From her dismissive talking down to my daughter when she tried to bring back the clearly previously opened phone, to the eye roll when I returned with my daughter to exchange the phone since it did not work, to her telling they young man attempting to help us "I am not giving my code or number to authorize anything. They can pay. I am going home" To her walking out and leaving. I was not paying a restocking fee for a phone that never worked and clearly should have just been exchanged. In stead of paying the $50 restocking fee we drove to Best Buy, received true customer service, and purchased for full price a $1k phone. It was never about the money it was about doing what's right and she clearly has no idea what that means. Based on the majority of the reviews of this location there seems to be a real pattern of poor leadership. As a Corp store I find it hard to understand how you would tolerate this behavior as it represents your brand in the worse most possible way.

I have had Verizon mobile service for a very long time, and in Austin, this is my preferred location. I have nothing but good things to say about them! Despite my trepidation about going in to get a new phone to replace my old one, they were super helpful and not pushy at all. I did not want an expensive phone with a bunch of features, I wanted something very simple and very close to the phone I had previously that was very old. Orlando helped me with getting the right phone, and the data transfer was fast and seamless! It took me almost no time at all to get everything set up the same as my old phone. Orlando was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and never once judged me for not wanting my phone to be expensive or fancy! Great customer service, and made the whole process painless for me!

We had such a great experience here! Switching cell carriers is usually such a pain, and our situation was definitely complicated, but these guys made it totally painless. Tony was AWESOME, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helped us make the decisions that best served our situation and needs. We're hopeful about Verizon's cell service, but Tony is the reason for this 5/5 star review! The other team members were helpful and welcoming as well, and we would recommend this location to other people looking to switch to Verizon.
