I came in to the store because my phone was not charging and was dead.
Eddie helped me by looking up my phone info, calling the insurance company, and booking me an appointment with "Ubreakifix."
I was waiting for a ride after I completed my business and Eddie took the time (and patience) to sit with me and chat while I waited.
I have always had good experiences at this store and today was more of the same great service.

I have been a Sprint / T- Mobile customer for over 18 years. Christopher Carr explained the benefits of Verizon and the promotions currently available. My family got 2 new iPhones and an iPad. We can’t say enough good things about Mr. Carr. He stayed with us an hour past closing time and went above and beyond to make sure that we know everything about the billing, apps on new phones, and how everything works. For my family, anytime we go to Verizon store in the future, we will ask for Mr. Carr.

Just had such a fantastic experience with a young gentleman (I apologize I didn’t catch his name!) My SIM card was going out 2 hours before I left for an international trip. Ran in as soon as they opened. I was greeted at the door and assured that they would get me out and on my way with working phone! And they did exactly that! Thanks so so much! A huge stress that was dissolved in a matter of minutes! Thank you guys!

I normally find buying a new phone and porting everything over very stressful. And having my broken phone glitching out like it's haunted made the whole process about 1000x more difficult and lengthy. Nate K at this store was amazing through the process. Patient, friendly, and he was managing multiple issues at once, which I found impressive. I felt well-taken care of and Nate had great suggestions for me.Jay was the one to set me up on my first day in (I came in to replace my broken phone but the model I wanted wasn't in so they had to order it. We ordered it at 6 PM on a Tuesday and it arrived to the store by 12 PM that Thursday). He was also very friendly and helped me through the process of getting started on buying a new phone and walked me through the process of my plan change.Neither man made me feel like he was trying to upsell me or left me any kind of negative feeling whatsoever. They were both very easy to work with and I could tell they were good folks and experienced at what they did. For all my Verizon needs, this will be the store I visit :) Thanks gentlemen!

Ask for David! He truly cares about the person, not making money. Hw is humble and can admit when he makes a mistake and will work hard to fix it. You'll definitely have a good experience with him and leave with a smile on your face!

I'd spent hours online chatting with agents trying to get my new iphone connected to cellular service to no avail. Nothing against them, they are remote after all. Finally went to the Burnet Road Verizon store and Chris took charge and solved the problem without breaking a sweat and had me out the door in 20 minutes. Top shelf service.

Visited Burnet Cellular Sales on 11/21/23. Met David Kendall. David is the most hardworking, patient, knowledgeable, and amusing Verizon employee we've ever encountered. If you are lucky enough to have David help you, it will make your day.

This store was aware of my pressing technical issue. This issue keeps me from getting paid. The support person and manager sat down to act like they cared. They left me on my own, they didn't make my issue right. They didn't even care. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE FOR HELP
