My mom and I recently visited Verizon, and we needed a Spanish-speaking representative since my mom only speaks Spanish. Thankfully, we were assisted by Sarai, a wonderful Verizon employee who went above and beyond to help us. We were there to transfer a phone number from another company to Verizon, and Sarai was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her support. Sarai is truly an exceptional member of the Verizon team, and we left very impressed with her dedication and care.

I needed a US sim card for my German phone. The employee took a lot of time to make sure the sim card worked for my phone - trying out calls, texts and internet connection - before selling me anything. I felt in very good hands

Verizon is not the same company they use to be. They do not know who handles their products and they do not help the way they did 10 years ago. Verizon was all about customer service and now it treats its customers like every other company. Don’t waste your money at Verizon. They will not do their best to keep you as a customer. Money is not a game, and at the price Verizon charges they should do a way better job keeping their customers. Let your money work for you and not against you.

I was in need of a new iPhone (16) and thought it would be convenient to pre-order it though this store. I have never ordered, let alone, bought a NEW iPhone straight from Verizon and was kinda worried about hidden fees and whatnot. Boy was I in for a treat, Joseph was THEE best person to be helping me with this, his kindness, knowledge, humor, and most importantly TRANSPARENCY made this experience smooth like butter. The phone had shipped early and was able to take it back to Joseph to get everything transferred over seamlessly. I am just so thankful there are sales people at this Austin store like Joseph that are honest and just all around good people that want to help you. He was also very patient with all of my questions and was able to lay out what was going on clearly to help find the best fit for me, and we did, and I'm stoked. So thank you Joseph at Verizon I love my new phone!

Joseph is phenomenal, my friend was having issues with his phone due to a verizon error; making it impossible to get in contact with a live agent. He made sure we were connected to an agent and that we were thoroughly helped before leaving. Ask for Joseph if you’re having any problems. Thanks again !!

Does anyone feel like their cell phone just doesn’t work unless you’re connected to WiFi??
After a couple weeks of being frustrated with my current provider, I did a bit of research and decided I needed a switch.
I’ve been with their across the street competitor for about 20 years now, and have stayed with them mostly out of loyalty and convenience. But enough is enough. Paying $100 a month for a home WiFi package and $100 a month for a cell package that’s honestly just not very reliable, made me decide to see what else is out there.
So I gave the store a ring and set an appointment with Joseph. I met with him today and he was able to get me in and out of there in about an hour with a brand new phone and cell/home WiFi package.
The entire staff was very friendly and helpful with other customers in the store, but Joseph went the extra mile to make my experience enjoyable and saved me a bunch of money by suggesting a plan that would work best for me.
I actually had to run across the street to their comp to get some of my account info- totally different vibe in there. You can just feel that the Verizon staff enjoys being at work and assisting customers while having fun with a smile on their face.
Huge shout out to Joseph for helping me out today, I really appreciate the amazing customer service and friendly personality.
If you need assistance with anything in the store, be sure to ask for him.
Oh, and I’m actually able to use my phone in the parking garage and elevators where I live now. I finally feel like I’m getting what I pay for.

I went there to get a phone plan for my time in the US while I am travelling and even though it's a big chain, I felt like the guys there deserve a personal rating. Sarai helped me with my stuff and she was truly incredible! Advising and explaining the different plans to me with her honest opinions helped me a lot. She was so easy to talk to and definitely deserves a raise! ;)

Joseph was incredibly helpful! After having multiple issues setting up cellular data on my new iPhone 15 at the Apple Store and another Verizon location, I decided to give this Verizon store a try. Within 10 minutes, Joseph set up my phone and I was out the door. He was professional, kind and knew what he was doing! I will definitely be back.
