always and forever will I continue to be faithful to Valero. The CEO of this company takes a personal pride in making sure the homeless of San Antonio are taken care of and accommodated. I will always choose Valero over any other gas station in the area

Very clean, organized and well stocked with friendly staff. Prices are a little high, but very convenient for all your needs.

Really bad service and rude management, manager cursed at clients and later threaten to kick them out and calls the cops for no reason whatsoever. Never stoping here again.

Clean. Gas got water in it tho. Don't know what that means but doesn't sound good. If we don't make it through this trip, you'll know why. Thanks Valero. -nervous.

Just watched a homeless man pay for his items and then was swiftly kicked off the property for having a conversation with my husband...disgusting, he was a paying customer and a 60 year old war veteran. Good job Valero

Four pumps down and another that was cash only because the card reader was broken. Bathroom was pretty clean and the attendant really nice.

The prices for cigarettes is a complete rip off. $12 more expensive for a carton of pall mall, than at 711. When trying to gas up here you must be very aggressive it seems like. No room.

The level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that Austin shows on a daily basis would be comical if I didnt have to live in it every day. This gas station, for example. I went in to use the restroom. The door was locked, so I waited. I took a phone call and lost track of time. About 20 minutes later, one of the attendants, (a Hispanic woman who looked like she had seen better days but god bless her, was relying on makeup and a cement trowel to maintain relevance and avoid looking 100% like Jabba the Hutt)..told me that the "toilet is closed". Classy. I told her that she should have put up a sign saying that. She and the other attendant then told me "ya but it fell down. Mmm it fell down." She then proceeded to hawk up a gigantic loogey and propel it from her mouth, past the roller grill hotdogs, into the nearby trash can. I could barely hold it together when a guy came in and ordered one of those meat tubes. Omg. This is the real Austin folks. Not what they peddle in ads or whatever it is that is spurring people to move here. This place is a cess pool for the most part. Just letting you know.
