This location is dirty and unkempt; there's trash and oil all over the parking lot, the gas pump card readers don't work, forcing you to go inside where the store is disorganized with outdated advertising covering the windows and merchandise stacked all over the place. And the staff are clearly either overwhelmed or don't care anymore. I'll go across the street to the Shell from now on.

This location never opens on time. Today's opening was 6:26, but cash register had to be counted. I hate stopping here in the mornings.

About 6 months ago, the price for gas began to fluctuate maniacally. At the same time on the next-door app, there appeared endless comments about shady credit card transactions. Stay away. It's convenient but ...off.

I bought gas and purchase a car wash while getting gas. There were no signs saying the car wash was broken anywhere. Come to find out when I pulled up to the car wash it had cones blocking the entrance. I went inside and talked to the cashier and he said it’s broken. Then I said I want a refund and he said he couldn’t do that. That isn’t a thing. I even said I’ll take cash. He couldn’t do that. He told me all I could do is come back when it’s working to use the code. The cashier was rude and looked like he was high and didn’t care at all. But I’ve read a lot of reviews on here saying how rude the workers are here. they are scamming people! Never coming back here.

An hour before closing I asked them to make fresh coffee, and he refused. He actually said: Nobody drinks coffee at night. Seriously?!

Better than average fuel prices and they finally have printer paper at the pumps. As a hotshot driver receipts are necessary and I've always had to go inside to get one. Not this time, which was a welcome convenience.

This nasty looking j*** tonight at the Valero that we’ve used for 40 years was awful to me. We paid $12 for a car wash that wouldn’t accept the code issued at the time of purchase and this scrawny punk refused to give me another code to try. He actually said it’s your problem not mine.Unfortunately we got scammed a car wash but his attitude was down right awful. He has no business behind a counter with no customer service at all.

Few things more annoying than first one pump that is glitching out and "permanently stuck" on "remove card" and then a second pump that instructs "please see cashier"... only to be asked "how much do you want". Pay at the pump is there so I don't need to go inside!Needless to say it's the first time in memory ever going to a Valero, and probably the last. Gladly paid 10 cents more at the shell across the street.
