They don’t have normal envelopes. What kind of post office doesn’t have envelopes? This huge official government building can’t even mail a single sheet of paper.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC AND USELESS. Missing packages due to the totally incompetent mail carriers with non-functioning brains. Packages that say “Delivered” that are nowhere in sight. No one ever picks up the phone. The people that work there lie about calling me back about my missing packages- like I have all the time in the world to make constant trips up there. I will be avoiding USPS at all costs from now own. Nothing but incompetence, lies, and complete uselessness from every single person I’ve had to encounter. Absolutely pathetic.

I went here to return a package (prepaid). After 20 minutes in a line I was told that they wouldn’t provide me with a piece of duct tape because “I wasn’t their priority #1” (a quote) ?. I DO NOT order anything from the sellers who use USPS for delivery anymore.

It open the door at 8:30, but there is nobody to attend to you at this time. If you want to use the self service machine, you can arrive early. Otherwise not even try

I find it ridiculous that at 1:30 in the afternoon I tried to pay for $5.80 package with a $20 bill and was told the guy did not have change. He didn’t even open his cash drawer to check or try to look at the other 4 or 5 windows. I was told to use my card. I pay cash all the time at this post office, never had a problem. Today I was told very few people pay cash. Of course this was the only open window and there was a line of 10 people waiting.

I found it odd that during the height of the pandemic there was an employee at this branch who wasn't wearing a mask.
Yesterday, I attempted to use the self service kiosk to mail my taxes. I was notified at first that the printer was down, so any receipt would have to be emailed. Fine, no big deal. As I proceeded thru the steps, I was then informed that the scale was broken.

You can tell when some people are simply too miserable to do their jobs, they choose to do in the world. I went in to simply drop a box off - the box and label was prepaid for. I stood patiently in line since there was only two workers. Begrudgingly I received a heavy set black guy who was the postal worker. When my turn arrived, before I even got to the counter this guy reassured me three different times that I must buy tape, pretty aggressively before I was even able to speak. Of course the low emotional IQ worker didn’t know that I already had my QR code ready to scan which paid for my label to be placed on my package for free. In my hand what he saw was the copy that was printed out during my online purchase of the label. He badgered me about buying tape three times before I could speak then told me “next” if I wasn’t buying tape. I simply laughed and went down the street to the next post office. Walked right in and a beautiful black woman asked if I had purchased a label prior - I showed her my QR code - she scanned it and took my package. Simple, Done. Big guy must have had a hard day working inside in the AC. A joke of a worker!
Time stamp 4/9/24 @ 4:25p.

The absolute worst service.
If you want to waste your time, lose your packages, and have workers pretend to do their job, you have found the right place. I had multiple packages fail to deliver and automatically go to this location where they never know where the packages are.
The people here need to be replaced by GPT AI its actually comedic. God forbid you need to come here but if you do all I can say is good luck!

Very disappointed to see a government service that I pay for to be this incompetent. I arrived to pick up a package and politely rang the door bell waiting to pick my package up. I waited for 20 minutes and finally interrupted the person at the counter. She rudely replied "Ya nobody is over there so get in line". Why wasn't there a sign indicating this? Where is the staff? Now, I'm standing in line listening to her speak in the condescending tone to the customer trying to get a passport and she keeps huffing. I'm so disappointed in how negligent this facility is and the attitude of its employees that are paid for by our tax dollars. Who is in charge here?

Very slow service. Almost every time, have been here, only 2 counters are open. With those 2 counters, after every 2-3 customers, the person will be missing for 5 min.

Kind, efficient, attentive to and knowledgeable about the details. I apologize if I get the name wrong, but Rajni took great this morning to handle business. Thank you.

I love the post office, I think postal workers deserve more respect than the cops. Every time I come into this post office, everyone who works there is the most unpleasant person I've ever had to deal with. Incredibly rude, won't even let you finish a sentence. They start raising their voices pretty fast. I've come here several times and have not once had a good experience. Worst customer service in my life, would sooner never get my mail again then come to this hell hole.
Edit: Discovered TWO MONTHS LATER that there was something wrong with my mail that could have been fixed upon this visit to the post office had the worker actually listened to me, but instead chose to berate me.

I’ve had some positive interactions with the folks here. I go into it understanding what they deal with daily and attempt to offer a kind word.
