Closed on the weekend, 3 hours only on Saturday, 9-12 to check your PO Box, close at 4 during the week, can't check your PO Box after 5, they never answer the phone, I wonder why they are open. I should have researched this place more before I purchased my box. I will be moving it to somewhere else. This spot is not user friendly. Also, the website states that the lobby to check your box is open until 11:59 PM, wth? If anything change the hours on your website. Too many bad reviews..

Its really unfortunate that this is the closest post office to my house. I feel forced to use their terrible service unless I want to drive far out of my way. I am hoping the other post offices don't suck this much. I show up and the person is not there then I notice that on the door says their lunch is 12:30-1. It was 10 til 1 so I wait. It was 3 min after one so I check again and still nobody. I go in again 10 min after 1 and still nobody. Then this guy forces her out of the office yelling for someone cuz he lost his wallet and he is panicking. She tells me that lunch is 1-1:30 and tells me to come back. I said well I was here before one and there was still nobody here. Then I ask why it says 12:30-1 on the door then. She proceeds to give me some excuses that makes no since to me and says I have to come back after 1:30. Well lady I'm not able to that's why I waited til it said you were done with lunch. If those aren't your actually hours than there should at least be a note but instead you are just waisting my time. This place sucks and this is just the straw that broke the camels back. I guess I'll have to just use ups or find another post office that doesn't suck as much.

They take extra long lunches and are nowhere to be found hrs after the posted time on the door. Today I was there at 1:45pm and they were closed. The posted lunch time is 12:30-1:00pmDo better please

First of all there is a huge dumpster taking up almost all of their parking. Then they don't have postcard stamps. You're a post office you do two things, sell stamps and mail things. I get there's not a huge demand but you are a specialty store and this is half your job. These are hard enough to find outside a post office, now even post offices don't carry them?

This post office is never open during their stated business hours. It's completely random and I have no idea if anyone will ever be there when it's supposedly open. Even if there was a sign stating "I'm taking a 3 hour lunch, be back at 3" or SOMETHING. Any kind of explanation would be great. It happens all the time and it's incredibly frusterating.

Front desk guy was incredibly rude and not helpful. I asked 1 question and was denied service and the guy walked off and sat down in the back.There are private companies just up the road that treat you way way better…Bad service is what ruined USPS

You are asking for trouble if you go here. Every visit has always been terrible, and it's always something. You might get shouted at, or it might close early. The clerks are super unhelpful, and the manager Louis is possibly the rudest, most dismissive human I have ever met. My last adventure here to drop off mail turned into 3 and half hours of a wild goose chase all over town, and I still didn't get any help. It's like a nightmare. You've been warned!

I had a prepaid package to drop off. I specifically waited to go inside and HAND it to a person bc the drop boxes are too risky. I should have asked for tracking from him bc now it’s lost with no record. I always (4+ years shipping things) drop it off in person and then get a notice from the app I sell it on that my item started tracking. NOT AT THIS LOCATION WITH THIS POSTAL EMPLOYEE. I needed the money from that sell. The item was the size of a pillow, how could you lose it?! He took it BEHIND the counter. No one was in line behind me. I only went here bc I had an appointment nearby and my usual post office was out of the way. Super annoyed, my customer is cheated out of the items and I won’t be getting paid.
