I was skeptical about applying for a passport here due to the bad reviews but I had an easy time getting me and my children’s passports!! The lady was very nice and walked me through the fees. Just make sure you’ve brought all the right documents!

Misty has a horrible attitude and not patient at all. I went into the building as a black women registering to vote and she made me feel very uncomfortable. This is unfortunate.

Bad, really bad service for international, they said is gonna be in 3 o 5 day and is lie,. almost 100 hundred dollars for a letter, dhl is the same, I going to try in FedEx maybe, we a living in the country of the first world ???. 22 days and I still waiting. F.S.

One of the worst offices I have been to. They only have 1 worker at a time. The line is usually slow and long. If you have to come here expect minimum a hour wait. I recommend any other office if you can help it.

I received a notice to pick up my undeliverable heart medication after numerous attempts to clarify my address. Now I get a notice they returned it to New York!! What the hell!

Pros: clerk named “Ariel” is pleasant and helpful.
Cons:
-I keep getting other people’s mail
-other neighbors often get my mail
-have marked packages as delivered when they couldn’t access drop off location before. Had to call and fix this.
-place things in front of my door without knocking on the days they bother to deliver to the door.
- dont ask for signatures for more pricey packages
- lost the keys to an ENTIRE apartment complex’s mailboxes. Taking their sweet time fixing that. Currently have to go into the post office every other day to get mail.
-still insist on trying to deliver packages on a Saturday knowing the mailbox situation, the leasing office is closed and don’t bother to place it at my door 10 feet away. They take it back to the office and I am unable to go grab it because it probably hasn’t been unloaded from the truck.
If you wanna work like this go to a McDonald’s or a Walmart. Some people get their medicines and important time sensitive letters through the mail. I’m lucky I don’t. Nobody has time for this. Someone on the 7224 route needs to be fired. They do their job like someone who is completely wasted.

This is my favorite usps. Too many customers complaining about passports. I get my packages and ship here without a hitch. Thanks to the hard working postal service.

This Post Office is the Worst in Austin so far I’ve been here 30 plus years Now !
Change of address Good luck getting your mail you will turn into a Private Investigator trying to find your Mail.
Package ? S that are supposed to be Delivered to your mailbox ? Or Apartment will have Keys ? locked in To parcel Lockers But Guest what NO!! packages will be in there .
When you go to the Office for help no one can help you .
Supervisor s only work until such and such hours take All the Documents in the world ? it’s not going to make a Difference.
It does not matter .They ask for Codes Proof of identity Even paying a Fee on Line to get an address change But it’s all in Vain .
Letters package S whatever No one gives a $ hi+ .Please just go to a different post office Opps guess what it’s the one assigned to your Zip Code Please do Better I know it’s a paycheck.
But it’s a JOB !!!! First before a paycheck.

USPS is total joke, I arrived 2nd in line thinking this will be quick. 20min later, I am still 2nd in line, and now the line have 20 people . There's 2 workers at the counter, then 1, then 0! It's not lunch time or end of day. Zero sense of urgency
