Dropped off a package at this office on 6/19/24 from Austin to NY. Tracking says departed in Austin TX Distribution Center 6/26. 7/5 today and still in transit to next facility.

Went in there first thing in the morning to mail an overnight package. They were a few minutes late opening but whatever, no big deal. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
The older lady working the front counter does NOT like her job. Super short/impatient with people and completely lacking in people skills.
