I came in around 2 today and had the most pleasant experience I’ve had at any USPS. Both gentlemen working were extremely quick, thorough, and friendly. Keaire had the BEST customer service of any rep I’ve ever spoken to, he deserves a raise. I typically wouldn’t leave a review but I just had to.

Extremely rude the worker "Liz" Asian woman refused to help and made us wait a LONG time .
Will file a formal complaint .
06/2024 keeps getting worse!!
If you are waiting for a package to be deliver by USPS ...... FORGET IT!!!! Most likely you will not receive it!!!! Terrible service they lost 3 of my packages in less than a MONTH. !!!!

Kristy the short haired woman that work here need to be investigated by the higher ups. Every time I come to this location she is in the midst of arguing with customers. We all know who is the problem here. She handles customers in the most rude and deplorable way. I saw her tell a guy with a service animal to leave the post office after he proved his animal was a service animal. On another occasion, she was calling someone out their name. I posted this photo so everyone knows who this person is.

I just watched a woman with short red hair working at the same time as a man name Jose on 4/30/24 at 2:00pm rudely decline a nice young man service after he waited in line for 20+ minutes. He had a well behaved dog with him, she informed him they don’t allow animals unless it is a service animal, the man confirmed the dog is a service animal and was trying to show her the paperwork and she refused to look at it then rudely forced him to leave after he waited in line. He was polite the whole time, this woman should be reprimanded and I’m pretty sure what she did was illegal. Not okay, hope she sees this or management addresses this.

Thus USPS station on South Congress is exceptional in all ways. Location, parking, facility, products, services offered, and service desk rank VERY high in my book.
Facility is AFA compliant and thoughtfully designed, as well as clean, well run, and well maintained.
Products are on sale from stamps, envelopes greeting cards, boxes, packing materials, packing tape, and packing boxes to ship out.
PO boxes are also available.
Staff are courteous and respectful, as well as knowledgeable and efficient. I really respect these professionals!

Horrible customer service. Was scolded for having my service dog with me because she was too far away to read his vest (he behaved perfectly) . I was also told I needed to purchase $5 worth of tape to cover the smallest hole on my prepaid package because she was unwilling to use their tape.

I would like to give zero star, I am disappointed with the terrible service they offer, my order was delivered incorrectly, I made the claim and they told me that they were going to replace my order or give me a refund, they did not give anything, I called them and I have to be on hold for more than I spent an hour on the call and in the end he didn't answer. I just want a refund for my order.

Carrier confirmed they lost package after marking it as delivered to my location, resulting in inability to receive refund from seller. Supervisor did not return calls asking for additional documentation even after visiting facility in person.
