Very fast, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and caring service, mostly even going the extra mile to help. Never closed before closing time (being lenient with last minute arrivals). Just FYI to note that the lobby hours (i.e. P.O. Box access) for weekend on the web site are not updated.

The carriers suck. They font know how to read a signature on delivery form that has to be returned. This happened not once but twice within a week time frame. Yall need to write them up then retrain. If it keeps happening then fire them. I would give no stars if I could.

I hardly ever make returns and the last time I did it was with UPS where you print out the label easily and they have bags right there for you to just attach it and place in the box (self checkout). This was different and the older African American lady was so rude, when I was confused that you have to package it up yourself and pay for extra packing she tossed an envelope at me and started mumbling about me under her breath but loud enough so I could hear her (and I wasn’t even in her line!!!). They seemed very stressed out so maybe they need to hire more workers,I also understand that they deal with a lot of nonsense every day but a little patience would go a long way. If you have a choice use UPS!!!

I have been to plenty of PO around Austin, Tx and this one by far is my number 1 go to. Today made it even easier for me to give them a 5 star review! I had accidentally swapped shipping labels and realized after I had dropped the packages in the after hours drop box. They had already been closed for 50 minutes. I knocked on the corner door expecting no one to answer but a nice gentleman opened and gave me my packages back to fix my error. This would have been a costly mistake had he not been so kind to open the door and even let me fix my labels. Thank you to all the great employees at this location for being so kind and understanding. Anywhere else I wouldn't have gotten this fixed.

Beyond excellent service!I mistakenly had a package delivered to an old address that was no longer accessibleI called them and to let them know the issue and they let me know they had a carrier enroute to my old box and they would call me right back to let me know the statusAnd made it available to pick up the next dayThey made it a point to call me back and update me on their every moveVery impressed with the level of communication and service!!

Awful customer service. We shipped a package weeks ago, carefully packed and even taped over the label with high quality packing tape, yet it was returned to sender with a huge HOLE in the box. They said it was returned due to “insufficient label” and wouldn’t re-ship or take responsibility for the obvious damage they caused in transit. Staff was rude and unprofessional.
