I really appreciate this location at 17th and Brazos. Always good, kind service. Free 30-minute parking in the close covered lot on Brazos. Doesn't feel like the typical post office lines and experience. Kudos and thank you, USPS!

This post office houses “The Regulation P.O. Box” by association I would assume this to be a regulation post office but that is yet to be determined by the regulation company. Johnny caviar might know… either way 5 regulation stars!

Very unhelpful.
Trying to return a package with printed labels but failed because they don’t have any spare tape for you to tape your label unless you buy a new one from their shop

Oct.2021 Stopped in here while visiting several cities in Texas and the service was great here. I got my package mailed without a hitch. Thank you so much for everything. Best service in Texas.

It's rarely busy in here because not many people know about it. It's really for the state employees that work in the area, i feel. There's usually one person here to support the services needed. I got help with submitting my passport from Aaron who was thorough and explained the process. I also got 2 hallmark cards. They are open for self service during closed hours.

Never show up at 9 to deliver any packages. I have delivered here 2 times and each time I have waited at least 20 minutes for them to open. At least change the time that you say that you are open to if you do not want to show up at 9. Has to be one of the most inefficient and bureaucratic services I have ever utilized.

I came around 2:30 pm and there was no wait! Friendly knowledgeable staff helped me pick the right box to mail my stuff. Plus, free 30 minute parking nearby. There is some construction, so the entrance door was on the side (not in front like in the picture on google maps). I will definitely come back to this office if I need to mail anything again!

Just wanted to drop a package that I needed scanned to print a label. Showed up to a "back in 5 minutes" sign and waited nearly 20 minutes. Apparently only 1 person Aaron works at this branch and his bosses don't give a s*** if he goes AWOL. Cool cool cool. Will go to any other post office branch in the future, even though this one is the closest.
