“I had my 2017 Nissan Titan Platinum Reserve on Autotrader for about 1.5 months and I was in no hurry to sell. Had a few interested buyers but they wanted some steep discounts. Anyhow, Bobby contacted me and made a nice offer. I drove up the next day and they did a quick test drive and inspection. Bobby was happy with the truck and cut a check on the spot. “This dealership went above and beyond, I drove from Houston to purchase a particular car and on the initial test drive the turbo wasn't kicking in, so my heart sunk, and I was really upset, but the manager immediately took me and the car to the shop, and fixed a list of some major and some minor issues, drove it home to Houston without a single issue, these guys are very honest and will do anything to make it right and give you a good deal too. “I hate going to dealerships. I hate the back and forth over pricing, the "dance" between the salesman and manager. The unnecessary time waiting, then going back and forth with a finance person.I said that because I experienced none of it with AutoNation. I met with Ray, who gave me the keys to the car I was interested in and let my son and I take it out to test. He answered all my questions, never pressured me, and even pointed out the accident repair that I was already aware of from a VIN check.The finance manager was polite and personable, and never pressured me but educated me about the options.I had a tiny issue with a tire after I made my purchase, and Ray had me bring it back in right away to take care of it. He even offered to let me test drive another car while I was waiting on mine. They even washed the car again after fixing the tire.If I buy and car again one day, I'll buy it from AutoNation.”
