“I love my jeep that I bought from them. Overall i'm happy. Great customer service. That g m randy was awesome, as was the lady that did the paperwork/ finances. The pricing was great. The GM Randy pulled up numbers on the big screen in his office and went through it all.
The negative: rock chips and a couple spots were fixed on my jeep.It looked nice. I noticed a small paint bubble at the very tip of my hood. When I asked about it I was told most jeeps have that happen... Honestly.I don't know if that's true, but sounded nice. When I asked a few more times about why it wasn't painted if he had already done the back trunk lid, the truth finally came out: "because it would cost us too much to fix" i can respect honestly, but I still feel like that little spot should have been fixed .
I am still very happy with my jeep though.i was excited to get it back tonight.
I love how all the vehicles are kept inside. Amazing facility. When there is hail in Texas those vehicles are protected unlike other delearships..
The GM is a veteran...he has a staff that is a proud Marine mama and she is the sweetest person. I liked how they didn't pressure. Need to get a vehicle or pressure me to take the first loan offer. I liked how they were open to exploring multiple banks to get me the best deal and to me that felt right.

My husband and I drove from Houston to San Antonio to finalize the purchase of a 2023 Ford bronco raptor. after driving four hours when we finally arrived to The dealership GRUBBS in San Antonio They told us that it had been sold ?
We had been talking the night before and emailing paperwork back-and-forth with the sales person.
We were just supposed to get there and sign the paperwork bring the bronco home.
But that did not happen and we were so upset that they were so unprofessional because they never mentioned someone else was On the process of buying the same bronco. It was not much more we could do. So before we head back to Houston In the same parking lot of the GRUBBS dealership We started looking for similar Broncos online that will be on the area, We found one in San Anton And one in Austin Almost exactly As the one where we’re going to purchase, We test drive the one in San Antonio which we almost purchased but decide to call Apple Sport to get more information on the 2023 bronco raptor they had . We spoke to Wyatt and he sent us some pictures and explained everything he’s Bronco Raptor had, it sounded like a better deal but we were so exhausted not sure if we wanted to drive two more hours but we end up
Taking the chance and made the decision of
Taking the 2 Hour dr to get to Austin TX and Let me tell you something that was the best decision we made because not only did I find the bronco that I had been looking for- It was ? better!!!

“I'd just recently moved to Austin and was navigating the purchase of my first car and I have to say I'm very thankful that I found this spot! Mike and Cyrus were very friendly and transparent. In fact, they even recommended me an inspection service (Lemon Busters) in case I wanted any cars checked out. Since I didn't know much about cars I went ahead and paid for an inspection before buying. The inspector actually found a few things that needed work and Mike and Cyrus actually ended up getting some of that done for me (replacing front tires, brakes, oil change)! They've also said anytime I run into issue and need someone to take a look I'm welcome to drop by. Truly amazing and trustworthy customer service -- highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for a used car.”

The unnecessary time waiting, then going back and forth with a finance person.I said that because I experienced none of it with AutoNation. I met with Ray, who gave me the keys to the car I was interested in and let my son and I take it out to test. He answered all my questions, never pressured me, and even pointed out the accident repair that I was already aware of from a VIN check.The finance manager was polite and personable, and never pressured me but educated me about the options.I had a tiny issue with a tire after I made my purchase, and Ray had me bring it back in right away to take care of it. He even offered to let me test drive another car while I was waiting on mine. They even washed the car again after fixing the tire.If I buy and car again one day, I'll buy it from AutoNation.”
