Has never yet processed my 2018 AMENDED TAX RET WHICH WE SENT BY CERTIFIED MAIL TO STOP 6692 AUSC, AUSTIN 73301 6031 AS INSTRUCTED. We have since sent the Amended Return twice again, one Certified Mail and one by fax. YET STILL NOT PROCESSED. WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO HAVE AN IN PERSON APPOINTMENT.

Something needs to be done about this because I have reached out to IRS regarding my form 3911 and have yet to hear a response back after waiting 7 months.
