I was here a while ago. The store was very disorganized, messy, and gave off a really bad vibes. The racks were pretty hard to shop as well. Absolutely no customer service and actually got dirty looks from some of the staff.

Very clean store and good attitudes by the staff members. Very helpful and willing to make you feel comfortable. A good time shopping in downtown Austin! It is very recommended for finding new clothes. Very Texan vibes.

I'm not sure if this location sent it, but Urban Outfitters, you are WRONG for this. Pieces came broken off. Which isn't even surprising because the condition of this packaging job. Do better.

Very rude and demeaning customer service. Would not buy from here or this brand. There are other stores with better priced selection available nearby.

The aesthetic was nice, there was a nice scent to the place. However, the price range of a lot of their products far exceed what I would expect from a company like this. It also takes away from local businesses, and despite the price point, many of their products are not sourced from environmentally friendly brands. Overall, I had higher expectations for this store in terms of community impact, however they offer a nice range of products that appeal to a adequate range of aesthetics.

I called to confirm that my order was received for in-store pickup because I didn’t receive a email/text confirmation. First two employees I spoke with, were very sweet until they passed me off to the manager. Rudely asked what the issue was, and proceeded to tell me it was my fault… all I asked was if they received my order I placed 5 hrs prior calling the store ?

All of the ladies working were super helpful with my online order pickup, and very friendly and understanding towards the Husky puppy that was chaperoning me! Thank you for making an online order pickup so easy. Other stores make you feel weird about already ordering. <3
