Barb at Uptown Mortgage has now helped me both purchase my first home, then refinance it 2.5 years later. She is extremely knowledgable, friendly and really helped me figure out the best deal for our situation in both experiences! She reached out to me after 2.5 years because she knew it was my goal to refinance to a 15 year loan once I could make it happen, and thanks to her reaching out I was able to get a new better interest rate and realize that goal of switching to a 15 year loan. This company has saved me money and made the confusing process very simple, highly recommend!

Highly recommend this company! Barb Van Horn is knowledgeable, hard-working, efficient, and she worked until she got us an awesome rate. In our past home purchase, we had worked directly with a lender, and Barb was very patient with all of my questions about working with a broker. After this experience, I don't know why we didn't work with a broker before. So glad we made the choice to work with Uptown!
