I have read the many 1 star reviews and have seen a trend. People seen not to know how to read or even understand the directions Amazon writes on how to return there item. To top that off they feel the UPS Store is some how responsible for the returns which is the courtesy, if you are so unhappy coming there go to your only other option Whole Foods. You write all these reviews say how bad they are and you are going somewhere else but yet you continue coming back. Just go somewhere else and quit your crying. Put on your big boy/girl pants and act like a human being.

The staff as a whole here are atrocious. But there are a few who really take the cake. Why my suspicion is that they are just extraordinarily lazy, unhelpful, and dense, maybe I’m TA because I’m not 100% sure that one employee in particular, who is almost always at the store, is all there. He barely interacts with customers, is usually in the back, and god forbid you ask him a question: He stares at you with his mouth agape and grunts out some variant of how he can’t help you. Then you have to explain to him how to do his job.
I’ve had to help older customers who didn’t understand how to use the kiosks because the employees here refuse to help them. Someone left an Amazon item and after holding it up asking if it belonged to anyone in the store, the employee said: Sweet! A free charger!
The staff are rude, incompetent, unhelpful, and generally just should not be employed in customer service positions. I happened to be by the William Cannon store the other day and was shocked by how different the service was.
I feel like at the Belterra location you could drop dead in the middle of the store and they would ask your corpse to move out of the way so they could empty the Amazon bins.

The employees are extremely unhelpful to the point of just plain being lazy. I am a very frequent customer of ups, I ship a lot of packages, I use a lot of different UPS Stores depending on where in town I am. This location had by far the worst experience I've ever had at a UPS store in the Austin area. I had a stack of packages of over my head and ask for their help in scanning them in. They refused to help me. That's all fine and good, but every single other UPS Store I visit will help me and scan the already labeled packages for me at the counter. Instead, I had to carry my diet sack of packages back over to the self scan, then carry them to the cart where they told me to put them, when at a normal UPS Store they would take them behind the counter and scan them in at the counter for me also. I will never visit this location again! If I could give it zero Stars I would.

Always closed at hi-volume holidays and customer service is spotty-the employees can ignore you if you’re the only one in the store. It is conveniently located though.

To the young boy with dark hair behind the counter around noon today. If you have an issue with a customer, don't make comments under your breath in front of said customer and then give some sarcastic BS "I said how are you today" when questioned about what you said. Don't be afraid to stand behind the words you speak, little one. If you're willing to say them once, say them loud and proud twice. If not, then apologize for your mistake and move on.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tommy at the UPS store on Hargraves Drive. Today, he was incredibly rude to my teenager daughter who didn’t know she could scan a regular UPS package on the Amazon kiosk. Instead of politely explaining the process to her, Tommy took the package out of her hands, walked around the desk, and scanned it himself at the Amazon kiosk. He could have just as easily scanned it at the register where she had patiently waited in line like everyone else. This unnecessary behavior was rude and completely uncalled for.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced Tommy’s rudeness. His attitude toward customers is consistently unprofessional and unwelcoming. The store could benefit from better signage explaining the process instead of allowing employees to act disrespectfully toward customers who may not know all the ins and outs of their system. Additionally, when I called to discuss this issue, Tommy was unwilling to tell me when his manager would be available next, which further added to my frustration.
Customer service should be a priority, and it was sorely lacking in this instance. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

$12 to mail a t-shirt in a thin plastic mailer via the slowest delivery option. Highway robbery.

Forced to use self service kiosks that barely function, rude employees, and constantly a long line because everything moves so slow.

If you're going to regularly close before 6:30, just change the hours that you're open. Literally had a package boxed up and ready to go, just wanted to drop it off, and the door was locked well before 6:30. I love that.

This is the absolute best location for all UPS needs. Both Elizabeth and Lucas who work there are so friendly and helpful. They help you with amazon returns if you don't know what you're doing. It makes a huge difference in your day!
