Most unhelpful staff ever.I spent 20 minutes today at noon waiting in line with a package that needed a printed label only to be told that I need to use the self service computer to print it off.Then had to get behind people that were in line to use the printer, then get behind another line for the self-service Amazon return dropoff. Pretty damn ridiculous that I spent over 30 minutes here just to return a package when the staff I waited in line for could've made this so much faster.I never want to use this UPS store again.

Sarah (and Rodolpho) were very helpful and patient! There was a line, but it is January 3rd. The customers in front of me were being rude and belligerent and I just did my best to not be confrontational. As Sarah helped me, I talked to her a little bit, and learned she works here and is also a part time waitress. These people don’t get paid or appreciated anywhere near enough! As someone who also works in customer service, I was very glad I got to help her by being kind and supportive! A smile and patient customer goes a LONG way!

The customer service here, specifically a woman named Danielle is wonderful! I lost my ability to speak due to a brain injury and she has been helping me for many months. It’s the only place I’ll go to do returns or ship. Her patience and kindness make everything so much easier for me and I see her treating other customers with the same respect. I’ve never had a bad experience with any person at the store but Danielle is friendly and helpful and I try to only go when she’s working because I feel like she doesn’t judge me for stuttering or being slow. Basically, she’s a good human. Hire more people like her and give her a big raise for being so awesome:)

This post office has saved my butt numerous times but today was the best! I was in a hurry and needed to get my class notes printed last minute. Danielle was very kind, efficient, and with her quick thinking, skillful hand and of course, a couple of computer mishaps she got me the printouts, thanks to that I aced my exam with a 102. I really appreciate it, I did it thanks to you! A sincere thank you to Danielle (I really hope I got her name right.....) ❤️?

I visited this location to return a package to a vendor. To my surprise the staff I met refused to print the free posting label for me to stick on the package. He asked for $3.50 to print the one page label. I assume printing if required is part of their agreement with the vendor. They don’t send packages for free so they should not charge both the vendor and the customer.

I needed to get a lot done in one day and UPS made it so easy! I was able to return an Amazon package in less than a minute, send back my Spectrum router (they boxed it and sent it out with no charge), and even get official documents notarized! Jessica was incredibly helpful and speedy and I cannot believe I got all of that done in one location, with one person, and amazing customer service every step of the way!

Excellent customer service: super kind, friendly, easy process and support. There’s a room full of people annoyed their latest Amazon purchase didn’t pan out and they have to burn a part of their day doing returns… Enter Jessica and Danielle- smiley, light and happy to help, they fixed me right up and helped me get things moving so I could go on about my day. Easy breezy. Definitely using them for holiday shipping just because of this experience. Thanks ladies!!!!!

Amazon thought it was a good idea to have the general public (me) handle our own returns. I'm fairly certain it's convenient and efficient if you're bright (not me). Jessica bailed me out when I only half completed the return. I came back an hour later in a panic about having left a bunch of goods in a pile with no receipt. She was able to locate them, print off proof of return and assured me they are handled from there. Excellent service!

Last time I saw Danielle, she gave me some great tips on packaging items for shipping. She also cleared up a doubt my husband and I had about a previous experience with UPS involving the shipping of an AT&T phone. We'd tried to use a roll of tape at one of the stores, tape was on the counter, and were told to buy a whole roll of tape! I was embarrassed to have taken the piece of tape without asking and ended up buying a roll of tape from them out of embarrassment but I wish they had visible signs explaining they do not provide packaging materials UNLESS you pay for them. Some of us lack common sense/critical thinking skills when it comes to this, especially if you have never stepped inside a UPS store before, or any other shipping store.I trust that Danielle and her team with any of my shipping needs.

I've been using this store for a long time now and I can tell you I've NEVER been more satisfied with my customer service experience! I dealt with the manager Danielle at this location and she couldn't have been more helpful! I see some bad reviews from 5 or 6 years ago and I can tell you from personal experience that it's an entire new staff there now. I 100% recommend this store! ?
