Honestly have never had ups reps be so rude…. One older woman in particular (for reference, I’m 30). I had never used a self packaging machine before and she was talking down to me like I wasn’t intelligent enough to do it. I was told a label was already on a few of my larger items and to hand those over….. now a month has passed and those items (rugs) have been returned to me ….too late to get Amazon refunds now and because of this, Im out 300+ dollars. THANKS UPS

I like this store, and I come here for all my UPS shipping. They are fast, friendly, and efficient. The only issue is that parking can be difficult at times.

They really need more staff. Waited over 45 minutes to print some documents and pay. The only reason for 2 stars is because Veronica, the person who was working, was great.

I use this location of the UPS store not only because it is convenient, but more so because of the staff here. I frequently ship items to friends and family out of state, and I am an online shopper. Between shipment sI originate and returns I am making through their great HAPPY RETURNS option, I find the staff in this store to be universally and uniquely helpful in getting my packages expedited and delivered on time. I am so pleased every time I go into this location, since I find those who work there REALLY understand what it means to provide helpful assistance to a customer. I LOVE this location! And all those who work there!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from Nazja. I was second in a line of two, when all of a sudden the store exploded with people. Probably 8 people lined up behind me inside of a minute. Did this throw Nazja off her game? It certainly did not! Speaking from personal experience, in her shoes, I would’ve felt my morale sink. I couldn’t have blamed her if it did, but she held steadfast and kept a confident rhythm and a smile upon her face.It’s not just that she did a quick and effective job notarizing my ID, but that I entered the store sullen, in a bad mood of sorts. I was smiling and feeling better *before* our interaction because of how she handled the customer ahead of me. By the time I was leaving, I was elated enough to write this whole review in the parking lot before going home.Great work, Nazja! You crush your job!

Service and attitude are terrible. Individuals working at this location don’t care about how much time they waste you as well as the little help they can offer. Waited in the store for 10 min while one being on the phone forever and missed pickup time for air shipping of urgent medical files. If this was New York, ppl would have a sense of shame for wasting others’ time and life. I really don’t wanna go to this location if it isn’t the nearest one.

Mirinda has been extremely helpful and very supportive. I reached office almost at the end of the day and with lot of work for her but she helped me on notary and mailing of documents in an extremely professional way . Very happy about her interactions and service . Would love to visit the store again

$5 for a single page print? That's daylight robbery! I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this UPS store. Not only did they charge an exorbitant amount for a simple printout, but they also insisted I log into my email on a public computer, compromising security.The staff's behavior was rude. When I tried to post an envelope that I securely sealed myself, the employee showed attitude and made the process unnecessarily difficult. To add to the frustration, shipping a box back to Amazon was met with similar resistance.I would strongly advise against visiting this UPS store. The combination of overcharging for basic services, rude staff, and impractical security requests made my visit extremely unpleasant. Customer service and reasonable pricing should be a priority for businesses, but sadly, this store falls short on both fronts. Not recommended at all.

I recently switched to this UPS store from another in town. I am so happy I made the switch. The staff at this location are always very friendly, willing to go beyond to serve the customer, and very professional. They know what they are doing and the store is well maintained.

I just quickly glanced below at the prior reviews and they were right, the staff here is incredible! I needed a legal document notarized by the same day. I made an appointment online at this location, and showed up a few minutes early. Veronica was there to assist right away and was amazing! I needed to scan the document too and she helped me with that as well. If I were closer to this location I’d come here all of the time for her and the staff here.

This is dumbest UPS store I have ever tried to use. I came in to buy a box and ship my item. I asked to use two strips of tape. Two strips! The lady said no. I had to buy $5 tape. I even told her to charge me the $3 for them to pack it but I wanted to pack it up and she wouldn’t do it. The Round Rock location always takes care of me. Not only that but a family member owns two UPS stores who confirmed they let customers use tape if needed. I work near this location and will never be back. Really guys? Two strips of tape?? That’s like a restaurant charging for water. You lost my business. Dumbest thing I have ever run into.
