The entire staff was so friendly, helpful, and professional. They carried my heavy package from my car into the store. They explained all of the costs, and even reminded me of a discount I get through AAA. I had them pack up and ship some fine china and when they found some broken pieces, they called me to let me know. I highly recommend this UPS store on Balcones Woods!

Walked in with a family treasure we wanted to send to Alaska. Josie was super helpful -- gave us great advice about packing the item and then trimmed the box down to save $$$ and taped it up like a pro. Really went way above and beyond the call of duty. She was awesome.

I had some documents to get signed, notarized, put together with other papersand mailed. Wasn't really sure about the exact procedure, as it was all new to me. Your associate at the counter (female... I'm terrible with names) helped me immensely.I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

They said I couldn't take my Amazon return in the same packaging it came it. They said I had to package it in another box. I've never had this issue at any UPS store. I've always used the Amazon packaging for the Box & Label Required returns.
