Excellent service. Friendly staff. Great parking. UPS's friendly service aims to provide a hassle-free and convenient delivery experience for its customers

I was able to drop off my amazon return package with no issues. The parking lot is smaller and can be crowded during peak times. You may want to pick and choose when you come here.

Oh the irony! They lost the package they told me to just drop off! Now they say they can't help me unless I have a tracking number, which is what they give you if you wait in the long line, but what you don't get if you follow their instructions and just drop it off and leave. DON'T trust them with your package! If you risk it, wait in the long line and get a tracking number because if you don't, Ivan will rudely tell you you're out of luck.

Dropped off a package at this location and package is now lost and never recovered. I do not recommend this location. It was hard to locate for it being in the basement.

This place wants to charge you $3 to print a return label for companies who already pay and contract their return shipping services. All other UPS stores I've been in don't do that. So you wait in a huge line and put up with rude employees, they don't tell you until you go through all the steps, and they assume you'll just pay it because you've already gone through the hassle. I'm not paying three dollars out of principle, and if your business depends on charging customers $3 to print a piece of paper the company is paying shipping for, you need to rethink your business model. I understand maybe a small 50 cent fee to offset the cost of ink, but for $3 you're just greedy and you think the customer is stupid.

I don't like leaving bad reviews. But when you go somewhere for a service and the employee is playing a game on their phone the entire time they're helping you, I find it to be really rude. It felt like he couldn't care less if I was there at all which made me feel bad.

This location is efficient and the employees are kind. I will always use this UPS over another store or company. Keep up the great work, team!

I dropped off an Amazon return on Saturday the 13th. The employee behind the counter took my return but failed to scan it and give me a receipt. In the past when I did a return through UPS I would immediately receive an update through Amazon that my return had been accepted and shortly after my refund. Sunday I realize I hadn't received an update but the store was closed so I had to wait until Monday. Monday morning I called and spoke to someone who assured me that the package was there and would be scanned at 6 pm when Amazon picked up their packages. I waited until 6 but once again no update on my Amazon account. I call again this morning asking for a manager this time. The manager was less than helpful or sympathetic. He explained "there's 10 cameras around this store" but didn't offer once to look into it and get back with me. I explained to him that the package was over a $1000 return and you could tell from the outside of the box exactly what is was without question. I assumed I could trust dropping my return off here since Amazon uses them as an authorized return hub and I hope that's still the case. The employee should have done what he's supposed to and scanned the package as soon as I dropped it off. I was the only one in the store so there's no excuse like "it was busy" for him to have not scanned it immediately. I gave him the return label and bar code so he had it all in hand. After no help from the manager I did threaten to call the cops and he immediately became rude. I'm not going to just let a $1100 computer tower return go. The employee should have followed protocol for Amazon returns. The manager should watch those "10 cameras" and figure out what happened to my package. All of this could have been avoided if the employee had just done what he was supposed to and scanned the package as soon as I set it on the counter.

Don't trust what these guys say about the expected delivery dates no matter how much assurance they give you.I was charged over $35 to ship a package to Florida for 2-day delivery and it took over 3 days. My wife had a similar experience with them - they charged her much more than others.

The owner allowed me to meet the UPS driver's deadline even though they were already closed, and also hooked me up with materials that I didn't have. I repeatedly tried to pay him, and he wouldn't accept since he was trying to hurry up and get my package on the truck. 5 star service, and I'm going to bring cash next time to pay him back for this time! :-)

I sent two small packages last month and only one of them arrived. I called the store for help today and the man that answered was extremely rude. Throughout the conversation he interrupted me every time I tried talk or ask a question. Turns out UPS let someone sign and take the package that was not even the listed mail recipient according to their computer! When I expressed my displease to this the gentleman told me that they're not UPS they're just a franchise so it wasn't his fault. REALLY? You have UPS on the front of your establishment! Whether you are a franchise or not you should provide the service a customer pays for period. If you fail doing that, a company that CARES about customer service would simply apologize and attempt to fix the problem. Not argue with the customer and say it's not your fault because they're a "franchise". I guess the lesson here is do not use any UPS "franchises" they won't take any responsibility when things go wrong.

Visited today to see how I could be helped to return my soda steam empty containers. The Whitestone location up the street was worse than unhelpful. Though this location couldn't help me by letting me drop off the box, they were super patient and researched the situation before accepting the package. Thank you for your helpfulness and professionalism.
