Dominique really gave me a big help on my package. I went to the store to make a delivery yesterday but unfortunately i missed one important document. I left the voice message and Dominique called me immediately as soon as the store opened on next day to help me hold the package and put the document in. awesome service.

No negative interactions for me to share. I go in 3-5 times per month and the ladies behind the counter are always friendly and they work hard, I never see them goofing off. This is a busy location but they keep the line moving. Great job ?

I went in to return a few Amazon items ... I had 4 boxes and the rude person behind the counter made me move the boxes to one side of the counter. Which made no since.. then tried to return one of the items and the employee told me I needed a box. The print out stated no label needed and original packaging. It was in the original packaging the box was mailed usps to me and you could see the shipping label on the box. She refused to take stating that the item needed to be in a box so the item would not get damaged per Amazon. I I said If it was per Amazon why was it not stated on the return directions. I went a second time and show her and still refused. Then I drove to another UPS and they took the package with no issue. The employee at this UPS lied to me, to my face. Lied .. if you can't trust your employee to help your customers why are they employed at you business.

Awesome service! I went in to drop off Amazon returns and was welcomed warmly and quickly. The associate helped me carry in the big box (not heavy just awkward, and I just had surgery). She was quick and very helpful!I will drive out of my way to go back to this store!Thank you!

I've been a regular visitor to this UPS location, sending packages almost every other day.This afternoon (Friday, Oct 27), I was in a rush to send some packages. I took an Uber with all the boxes arrived just a little after the 5:30PM UPS pick-up time. I noticed the UPS truck was still there loading. I thought I was fortunate and hurried over to ask if the driver could pick up my package since it was urgent. The UPS truck driver had a rather unpleasant attitude. What's worse, a female staff member who was assisting other customers yelling at me, saying, "You can't go there!" She didn't attempt to provide any assistance but seemed determined to draw the attention of everyone in the store, making me feel like a criminal.I've never asked for a favor before, but while I was sweating and struggling with a massive box, I asked for a little help. Regrettably, they treated me with a complete lack of respect. They don't know how to assist people and lack basic respect in their customer service.

If you are expecting decent customer service, don't go there. Staff is extremely rude, cant do simple services as working on their computer or basic math. Specifically a very frustrated, large looking employee KAT!As in other reviews mentioned, we went to FedEx around the corner for great service with friendly employees which is what I will do always going forward.Since I can't respond to your response, I am editing my feedback here.I read the other feedbacks and based on the recurring negative theme KAT and you responding the same way, it's safe to say, you don't care about customers feedback nor that they are being treated badly. This woman should not be facing customers - ever. Others suggested training, I don't think it will do it.It's unacceptable in today's time to treat customers so rude and unprofessionally and the business is aware of it but does nothing!So, no! I will never return and surely don't send any customers.

Don't go here if you can help it.For some illogical reason they took the package drop off bins away and now you have to wait in a usually long line just to drop off packages. It makes no sense for me to waste my time in a line when I just need to drop off. I'll be searching for better options. Clearly they don't care about actual customers here.

I stopped by this location for the first time this morning. My score is based on 2 factors - the experience of another customer and my own experience. There was another customer in who wanted to overnight a document. The customer had to ask a series of questions to find out the difference in the timing options displayed to figure out when delivery was guaranteed by. Each time the customer asked a question, the employee was curt and offered very little information, forcing the customer to ask follow up questions to get the full information. However, the larger concern is that the customer was having problems using the key pad for payment. When the customer asked for clarification the employee either simply stared and said nothing (this happened 3 or 4 times) or said something to the effect of "Read the screen"(this happened 2 to 3 times). I don't think it is outside the job description to expect the employees at UPS to actually answer questions. I'm even totally fine with curt responses if they actually fully address the question. If you don't want to talk to customers, perhaps consider a job where you don't have to interact with them. In terms of my experience, I found the response to my questions generally unhelpful and in the end I was unable to complete the task I'd come for in the first place. To make matters more frustrating, I spent money for five minutes of time on their computer for printing and was logged out in about 3 (I'm guessing due to inactivity since I was looking up something on my phone). This was a very small amount of money, so I don't really care about the wasted cash. However the experience in general was frustrating and a waste of time. I ended up leaving without getting my materials printed and mailed. My advice would be to look elsewhere for your printing and mailing needs. In the end, I went to FedEx and was able to get this taken care of in less then 5 minutes. Bonus, the staff were friendly and efficient.

Terrible customer service from the large lady. The more petite one was kinder to her customers which seemed appropriate, but I only heard her as I was being “helped”.The large lady was incredibly rude, even when asking a simple question like if they had WiFi since my service in the store was awful and then generally asking questions about shipping items - I brought the items in but didn’t know how much it would cost to box and ship and needed to know more since it was heavy equipment. It was as if I was suddenly a burden on her….. she needs some major CS training to improve the quality of experience in your store.I walked out without shipping nearly $250 worth of fees, and will be sure to give my money to another UPS store elsewhere.

Kat with a K is so rude and nasty. I have been coming to this particular UPS store for years, no more because of Kat with a K. Apparently Ups has changed their policy for lotions. I inquired as to why I must unpack the lotion and Kat with a K, told me she was looking for something but wound not tell me what “dangerous/ flammable ingredients” she was looking for until I asked again and again purely trying to be more prepared for the next time I shipped good lotions to my mother. We Kat with a K lost it, went silent and had someone else void the transaction. Then wished me a great day, when I asked to talk to the manager, conveniently they were out today. So sad how incompetent and lazy this youth is. I honestly think she was angry I’m Asian and disrupted her phone time. Will be calling corporate just to complain and will not be going back but I’m sure no one cares. You win this round Kat with a K. I pray you don’t become anything else with a K.

As many other customers before me indicated some of the employees at this store need some serious training on customer service. I would not be surprised if some of these positive reviews are not genuine customers. This is not the first time that employees have been rude at this UPS location. I understand that the Amazon returns can be frustrating when customers don't have the correct code or box etc. I myself always make sure to check if an item needs a box or the QR code and sometimes even print out the QR code if I have more than one item to return. I made the honest mistake today of trying to return an Amazon wedding gift registry item without an Amazon box when there were two items (dish drainer and sponge caddy) from one order. It didn't occur to me since it was a wedding gift that I would need the original Amazon box. So I overlooked the QR code that did say "customer packed". From the start Kat had an attitude in telling me I needed a box. I did not appreciate the attitude and said so and gave it right back and said well do you have boxes, sell me a box. Then Kat proceeded to pick the return box up and slam it on the counter saying "you know what you can take it with you and leave". There were other customers in the store and I think this behavior was uncalled for in this situation. I am all for stores refusing service to rude customers however this was not the case initially when Kat started off being rude. The store manager should consider training sessions with employees that are speaking to customers. Consider moving Kat from talking to customers.

ALL UPS stores are so painfully slow! No matter what day or what time you go it takes forever. Their staff takes so long to do anything like they're doing house mortgage loans.A UPS executive should walk into a FedEx store and learn how its done.

Came in to this UPS store to do an Amazon return and the woman at the counter was incredibly rude. I had to fully unbox my product and throw the device, wires, and instructions loosely into a clear plastic bag. I even had to tie the bag closed myself before I handed it to her to be labeled/accepted. There also wasn't a recycling OR trash where I could discard the packaging - I had to take everything with me. Really bizarre for a company that deals in cardboard.
