I used to go into this store but I couldn’t handle the glum faces, acting like I’m an inconvenience, eating their lunches, etc. Never a smile. Well, I went in there the other day because it was a more convenient UPS. I couldn’t believe it! I was greeted with a smile and people were laughing. Josh helped me and he was so kind. Mary was over next to him and smiling. None of the old employees were there…they got rid of them for the very reason I stated above. I will not hesitate to go to this store again. Josh was awesome! Thank you, Josh!

Very inconsistent experience very difficult to do anything regarding the company that I represent. I can't purchase boxes under the company's Account. As company does not provide I, d, but instead directs to do a look up. To which nobody will assist.

I had the perfect experience returning an Amazon package at this store. I walked inside and there was a woman in front of me talking to the person at the counter, but a second person came over and called me to them. I literally waited less than 5 seconds for that.
I handed them my package to return, let them scan my QR code, and again I was done in literally less than 60 seconds.
Very friendly employees, clean store, and from the time I put the kickstand down on my bike to the time I came back out and got on my bike was about 2 minutes total.
P S. Special shout-out to Brady, the man who helped me today.
