Yet ANOTHER package lost... USPS tracking said it was dropped off at front counter and yet.. the owner said they never got it and it's USPS fault. So.. the postal guy, scanned my package, wrote a note and somehow they never got it. Who do you complain to about this when the people running this location are the owners?

Too costly. They charge 3.49$ service fee for one page printout and 40cents for each page. 5$ for a email.

If you need to do fingerprinting, do not do it here. The entire staff is uneducated about the process and you'll be driving back and forth a few times trying to get it right.

I was reading other reviews and I’m not the only one who has complaints about the poor customer service this UPS offers. Responding to the UPS comment I was never informed or told by your employee none of that! As you said he advised me I had never had an advise or an explanation. I was told I can send my package any address. You need to improve and invest in your customer service so they can say the correct information to the customers. So people stop writing bad reviews about how employees from this store treats customers!

I have visited this store many times and the people are unfailingly friendly and helpful. Even during the holidays when there was a long line, they were efficient and smiling. Trouble with your wifi? Log into theirs! Forget your reading glasses? They'll read for you! I love this store and never dread having to go there (not like the post office!).

Very disappointed I went there last week for notarising I bring all my docs for notarization and the owner was not there one of the colleague after spoken with owner said they will photocopy all the docs once again from their own ups machine as the person had a doubt that my docs were not real or might be I changed something in the photocopy docs. which was very surprising.
So I bring my docs at mopac ups Center and they did it without any excuse.
Few months back also when I went there for one package drop off they said it’s not taped so you have to taped the box for that purchase the tape which is almost 5$ wow.
Very uncooperative staff and owner.

People LOVE to leave negative reviews - even when the 'problem' is often due to their own lack of research, understanding, or effort. I have had nothing but great service from this location - for several years, and even through an ownership change. Recommend

On the Friday afternoon shift, I and a friend arrived to deliver 2 packages but the QR code did not appear and the 2 people who were on the shift told us that the location of the store was wrong and that we should leave but What we wanted was to know how to get the code since we couldn't find it anywhere. My friend and I spent a while trying to see how we could get it and they didn't even come close to help us. We couldn't communicate so well because we didn't speak English well. I give it 1 star for not giving them zero, terrible attention, I will not go again

Came here for a fingerprint appointment today and received mostly no help from representatives. When the screen said to "ask technical supports", I came to ask and the answer I got is keep pressing "skip and next". At the end, the form was submitted and seems like it won't be accepted and then the other representative blamed because we haven't reached out to them when system ask for "technical support". LOL wordless to say... If you work here and do not want to support customers, please work other things else, wasting your and our time. And stop blaming customer for something your mates did.

Horrible service. Have to spam call the store and hope someone finally feels like working to answer the phone. Never do Amazon returns here. They lose your packages and just tell you to call Amazon. Put me on hold for 30min and probably forgot about me. Super lazy staff and awful location.
