We've used this store for many years, through management and staffing changes. While learning curves may have bumps, the groups have always been great to deal with. We're thankful for each of the folks at this location.

I absolutely adore the gaggle of gals that work here. I’m fairly sure they’re all high school and college age, and they honestly present like a reality TV show. They’re all so confident and engaged and care about doing good work. I genuinely look forward to going in. If you’re local, make this your go to UPS! You won’t be disappointed!

I've had the pleasure of being a loyal customer at the UPS Store since October 2021, and I must say that the service provided by Devin and Rita has been consistently outstanding. They are not only friendly but also extremely knowledgeable about packaging options, making every visit a breeze. They've made Amazon returns a hassle-free process, which is a huge convenience. What I appreciate the most is how they always acknowledge me when I walk in and when I walk out, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I genuinely look forward to my visits to this store and highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Devin and Rita's exceptional customer service truly sets this UPS Store apart!

Friendly staff and very good service. Can get a little busy in the PM hours. They are open on the weekend but reduced hours. Amazon returns has a self service kiosk as long as you have the item packed.

I don't normally post negative reviews(or any reviews) but this is the only location that has issues with returning Amazon packages or prepaid labels. We were the only ones in the store, girl refused to scan and print the label and directed us to the computer kiosk informing us it was $2-3 to print a prepaid label. We left and went to another location.So this location also closes at 6:30 instead of 7 like every other location. I mistakenly walked in at 6:32. The open sign was lit, door unlocked. Both girls refused to take my package, yelled "We are closed!" and sarcastically said "That's how closing times work! We have hours we have to adhere to". The sarcasm and rudeness were unnecessary.Customer service here is terrible as I yet again had to go to another location. FWIW, same girl working both times.

Devin was our notary and so amazing. She was super nice and she made the process so easy. She even offered all of the services that UPS offers.

Beware, this store charges 90 cents for a first class postage stamp that should cost only 66 cents. I have generally been quite happy with the service I’ve received at this store. That’s why I did not rate them 2 stars or lower. On top of that, I had just paid them almost $31 to ship a package so this felt very disrespectful to me. HEB does not charge a premium for stamps.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for years, as I live nearby, but there is a major change in service now that the former employees no longer work there.I sent a ONE PAGE item to print. I sent the print job online and I called a bit later to see if I could pick it up. The first employee said it should not be a problem but her manager was at lunch and she didn’t know how to print the document. She said she’d have the manager call me back. I waited a few hours for a callback and then I called back. A different employee answered and she was very rude and she said she didn’t know how to do it and that they were busy with customers in the store (mind you I already paid). So THEN I go in person to try to get my print job. The manager was there and he was nice and helpful and I got what I needed, but the 2 young ladies at the front were rude and impersonal. A customer came in for an Amazon return and the employee points to the kiosk and told her she had to use the kiosk. The customer didn’t know how to use the kiosk and the employee stood there watching her struggle and didn’t even offer to help her out. As the customer left we both noted how rude and unhelpful the employee was. Additionally, as I was waiting, the other employee answered a call and told the person on the phone she didn’t know how to do something and quickly ended the call. I understood being a new employee and needing training, but these employees need to learn the basics services that UPS offers AND they need in-depth interpersonal and customer service training as well.

Wanted to return an EBay purchase (4 boxes) to Malaysia which were sent here for the cost of $535-USD from the seller. To return the items this UPS wanted $900 per box ($3600) to where I can’t return my items. How is it you charge $535 one way but not the other totally ripping off the US consumer
