Stopped by this UPS Store for a delivery and was really impressed. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s nice to see people who genuinely care about good service, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very nice staff and helpful with any and all questions.
They give great advice on best option and cost efficiency for all my needs. Wish open later would be better.
Easy to get to and usual not busy which we like a lot.
When need to ship or mail anything go to UPS on Mesa.

Only use them for Amazon returns and they often won't take packaging because they don't have the room. UPS on Far West is more accommodating, but I understand. They've always been nice enough, but again, if it weren't so convenient I'd used the Far West location.

Worthless service. Walked in to get help sending a hazmat package for the first time, and the employees just stared at me blankly before telling me they didn't know anything and couldn't help.
I want to be clear, the employees weren't at fault. They weren't trained properly, and the managers need to do better.
