An easy place to do Amazon returns. The best time to show up is first thing in the morning when they open (8:00am) for the fastest service - there’s rarely a line. I’m deducting one star for when there is a line, it always moves painfully slowly, usually from people not prepared with shipping info and not doing Amazon returns. They should devise a system to help speed people along.

I sent a package from this store via USPS because it was the cheapest option. There was a 2 week delay with my package getting picked up and scanned by USPS because of mistake made by UPS employees. One employee gave a false account of what happened to the package. I'm guessing this doesn't happen very often but I was surprised by the lack of follow up, acceptance of responsibility, and general low level of customer service.

The manager Blake at this UPS store went above and beyond helping me pack and ship out a very heavy, awkward and valuable sculpture. I asked him to send me pictures when it was finished and he did - even gave me a call to confirm it had been fully packed and picked up. Top notch service from Blake!!

Their website says they close at 7pm, but they closed their store at 6:30pm. I also tried to call the store earlier in the day and no one picked up.

Do not use the store for notary service. We had something notarized April 10, they dated April 12 and it was not excepted. This was a huge inconvenience as this was to be taken to Georgetown.

I've only used this UPS store to drop off Amazon returns, they are either already labeled or I have a QR code and I am offered a receipt and accept one. Often, as I am an older person, one of the employees will run and open the door for me as I have boxes in my hands, if they are not waiting on a customer. I did have an experience a few years ago with the manager while trying to get a notarization and he was not enjoyable. Charged me over $6. A few days later, I went to the nearby Frost Bank where I am NOT a customer, admitted I did not have an account, but asked if they could notarize. They happily did so, no charge. Imagine, no charge to someone stopping in off the street. It takes a certain temperament to be good at customer service, one who doesn't judge a lot or have pet peeves about human foibles. I would not be good at it as I'm critical, so I very much appreciate people who are good at customer service. They are a breed apart. I make sure I always look at them, see them, and thank them.
