I had packages that needed to be returned today. Arrived a little after 3:30 and didn't know that this location closed so early. Asked girl (supposedly manager per the person picking her up) if I could return packages, she said rudely no that the were closed. Asked if she knew of any other locations nearby that were open. She replied rudely that all locations should be closed. Found that Ups close to Costco was still open and the had the best customer service. Will never return here. A little smile and a nice friendly attitude goes a long way, especially if you are in a management position.

Manager (Wendy?) drove a customer to our store. He had a print job and got confused with our locations both being on William Cannon. Manager was super sweet for doing that!

I came in with multiple tasks to complete: Amazon drop off, needed copies and notary service. Angel was the best!! He helped me get everything done quick and easy. I highly recommend this place!!

I have used this store for years. They lost a package and I gave them the benefit of doubt. In December I sent back a iPhone 14 as a trade in. I also sent some att internet equipment. I was given one receipt. I should have asked for two but the girl told me they were all on one tracking. The iPhone was never sent. I went back in January and they told me that they “hold” the return iPhones until they have 5 or more, so it was being sent in that week. Att never received it. Att charged me 500 for the non-returned phone. The phone is being used - att can track the serial number. It is now blacklisted as of today BUT I am having to pay the 500. DO NOT USE THis STORE. When I questioned the girl that I used for the shipment she adamantly denied helping me out. That was really strange since I just reminded her of the return and needed a tracking. I was not even accusing her at that point. I won’t ever use them again and I warn others not to as well.

I frequent this UPS store often and their staff is always efficient, supportive and friendly. It’s convenient and a great place to get a scan, copies, shipping, and even printing done. I’ve only had great experiences over the 9 years I’ve lived in this area with this business. Check them out!

I went here yesterday and all staff members were very helpful and sweet. Definitely recommend UPS over everything else they have always been SO reliable. Ashtyn helped me and she was so sweet and understanding!

Hardly greeted. Wait time? when there were no customers? They lost my package I already had a bag and label for!! I will NOT recommend to friends and family.

I'm at this ups location weekly shipping for work or Amazon returns. Ashton is usually there and she is so great - super helpful and kind. Happy to have this place in the neighborhood!
