If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in to have a page printed that I order online ahead of time. Not only could they not print it, they wouldn’t help me cancel my order and the lady was scrolling her phone the entire time I was there. I will never use this store again. I’ve had other bad experiences and will go out of my way in the future rather than down the street for services.

Terrible staff. They returned a package with my kid’s school uniform less than 24 hours after delivery. They did not even let it sit for a whole day for us to pick it up. Manager Jules Alcindor would not escalate the issue or help us figure out how to get our kid’s school uniform. Now we have to wait for the package to go back to the seller and be shipped back to us. Extremely inconvenient. Incompetent management.

The team was friendly and hard-working! I had numerous tasks with them today and it all went smooth. (I used printing, notary service, return package, and send package). They seem experienced & knowledgable!

I had to return a package someone sent me using a label they emailed to me. I don’t have a printer, so I took the package and image of my label to the UPS Store. They charged me $4.26($$$$) to print THEIR shipping label. I would t have been able to send out the package without paying this.

Jules was very helpful. The package was lost, and I couldn’t find it anywhere. He used his phone to call some of his colleagues to try to find my package. He didn’t have to do that, but he did. He is awesome.

Jules was extremely helpful. I needed to print my label but could not access it. He was super patient and suggested different things to try until it worked. I appreciate the time taken to assist me with the problem I had.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Isabel, she was the person who helped me. She was helpful and caring, while having a big friendly smile on her face. Definitely recommend coming here to get wonderful customer service!

I ended up going to the E 6th st location, because the customer service experience for Printing Services was very poor at the 51st st store. The woman did not seem to want to help me; as I wanted 100 copies of a flyer. Why does it cost $4 to send an email of a PDF? And the prices I was told for printing at this location was more than the 6th st location. I ended up leaving because the woman said she did not receive the email of the pdf from me, even though I received and auto response from your store after sending it. According to what she quoted me, it would have been double the cost of what I paid at the other location.
