The hardworking staff at Store 5815 are always hustling and looking out for the customer. Parking can be challenging but staff make it well worth the hassle.

Not only are the staff patient, knowledgeable and efficient, but on a recent visit the manager courteously saved some important paperwork I had left behind and only noticed was missing 2 days later! It could have easily been tossed in the trash. I highly recommend this store (34th Street location in Austin, TX); they go above and beyond what is expected.

EVERY ONE of UPS' group are excellent. Today we had Gena! She not only served me with focus but also greeted every person coming in the door and assisted her colleagues. Great place, real pros. One of only two we focus our business to.

The store does good business and is almost always crowded, yet it is always a pleasant experience. Staff members are friendly and helpful with good attitudes, and they make the store feel like a part of the neighborhood community (though I am a little sad they got rid of the computer station).

I’ve been here about a dozen times and every single time, their employees go above and beyond to be helpful. I occasionally have some tougher shipping and packaging demands and they always figure it out for me and do it at a very reasonable price. I’ve also had a few employees recognize and remember my face and packages now whenever I come, which is always nice.
Way better than any other UPS store I’ve been to in Austin.

Just responding to a review I saw regarding "unprofessional and lazy staff". Sounds like someone is taking their bad day out on some innocent service staff. I go to this location all the time and find the staff to be attentive, professional, and hard-working.

This is a great store! Friendly, expert service, with accurate shipping. Even when there is a line, they are quick, calm, and patient. This store and the campus store on MLK and West Ave. are my favorites.

I always drop my Amazon packages here and have had nothing but great experiences and super friendly customer service. Today I got a flat tire and one of the associates, Bailee, came out to help me. By help me I mean completely do everything to change my tire- in 90 degree weather! It was lifesaving and the kindest thing anyone could have done. I already could not say great enough things about this UPS location, but after today I will be singing their praises everywhere.
