I have a problem today, I sent a document so they could authenticate it and then send it to me. My country paid 115 x the attenuation plus 136 x the shipping to my country Nicaragua and what they sent was a copy of the authentication where is the original document that they gave when they authenticated it that is strange can someone help me to report this I have proof of everything which I told them if it was the original that they were sending and they said if someone could help me xfabor

Have had a mailbox here for 5 or so years. Staff is always very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend using this as a post office box/package delivery if you live in a condo or apartment.

This has to be the worst UPS store in all of Austin Texas. I stopped by on 4-15-2024 And was told that my letter would be arriving within three business days, I was in charged $8.40 well it’s now 4-30-24 & My letter still has not arrived after I tracked it down. I noticed that it was still in delivery. I called and spoke to the store manager Jeremy then he said Joseph and for lack of better words Let’s just say his service was useless, Not only was he rude, but he refused to hear what his employees sold me and insisted that that service was never offered to me even though I have a receipts, his solution was come to the store and talk to me so I can tell you what I told you over the phone. He stated that he has no supervisor, yea one of those establishments, and that the only person above him. Is the store owner.
So if you are the owner hello and I would like a refund make this right.

They overcharged us by $140 to mail a box. Do yourself a big favor and either 1) Avoid this place or 2) Make your own UPS label online and just drop off there. Also be sure to get a receipt but very unethical over-charging like that. Would NOT recommend.

AVOID unless you want to be scammed! They charged us $200 (!!) to ship something when the store's quote and price online (if done through the website) was $60! I wondered about the GIANT difference in price asking manager and they shrugged it off. We understand some markup for packaging, they have to pay rent, etc. but ***4x*** price with NO disclosure. Nope. Please avoid shipping from here. Scam.

Appreciate their mailbox rental service. Can have just about anything delivered to this store, so long as it can fit through the door.

One person working on a Monday morning. The line is 8 people deep. Boxes are everywhere. There should be one person to handle pick ups and drop offs and another to do business services like notaries. Not an isolated experience, this place has always had mediocre to poor service.

I just had to pay $3.06 to have your employee print a UPS label to SHIP an item back to Amazon.First time at your store and probably the last. To charge is absurd, but $3.06 is ridiculous. No other UPS store has charged to print a label.
