This is my go to UPS store! Michael and Ann are always so kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! It makes dropping off my returns and packages a breeze! I have gone to a lot of other mailing stores and their customer service is the best I’ve encountered! I don’t go to any other location. This is the best one because of Michael and Ann!

Michael and Ann were super cordial and very helpful when I came in needing help with notary services and a shipment for important documents to apply for a replacement car title. They made me feel important and taken care of and they did it with such kindness and a great attitude even though I came in 30 minutes before closing. Great people all around!

This location is easy in easy out and has convenient hours. Ann helped me with a complicated Amazon return even boxed it up for me. She is an asset to UPS - reward her excellent customer service please.

The worker Michael was so very kind, making sure I understood each step in the process. I had to access email, print item, sign in blue ink, then he scanned and emailed to me.
I’m not techy in the slight bit. However, he stood next to me making sure everything was correct. Excellent customer service Michael!!!
Now headed to the airport back to California! Very appreciative of your southern hospitality Michael

Lady behind the counter refused to help me print. She was insanely rude and condescending, she should be put in the back room where customers can not interact with her.

Told me I had to buy tape and that they wouldn’t box my things up for me.. & then proceeded to tell me to buy a box from them it would be $40.. for a cardboard box. Not for shipping for the box alone.. I’m only trying to make an Amazon return. Went all the way to Home Depot to get a $2 box as told to do so, so I wouldn’t be charged $40.. then was told that they couldn’t tape it up for me ..

I have come to this location twice now, and Iliana (I think this was her name) has helped me with my returns. She has been so helpful, friendly, and patient with me both times I have gone there. Wonderful customer service!

Extra $5 if you need to print a label. Extra $1 if you need more than one strip of tape, $1 for each strip?!?!?!! Don't go to this store, terrible service!!!!!
