Told me I had to buy tape and that they wouldn’t box my things up for me.. & then proceeded to tell me to buy a box from them it would be $40.. for a cardboard box. Not for shipping for the box alone.. I’m only trying to make an Amazon return. Went all the way to Home Depot to get a $2 box as told to do so, so I wouldn’t be charged $40.. then was told that they couldn’t tape it up for me ..

I have come to this location twice now, and Iliana (I think this was her name) has helped me with my returns. She has been so helpful, friendly, and patient with me both times I have gone there. Wonderful customer service!

Extra $5 if you need to print a label. Extra $1 if you need more than one strip of tape, $1 for each strip?!?!?!! Don't go to this store, terrible service!!!!!

I give this location 5 stars. Michael is always very friendly and helpful. Most employees at ups seem to hate their jobs. But Michael is great and helps get returns done quickly

Worst customer service possible! I went in on Wednesday, August 8th 2024 around 11:20 am, to return a box. I had the ups label bar code on my phone per the websites instructions. I have returned several items with this website before and never had issues at other UPS stores. I did the same at this location. I was not greeted. The women (tall, younger female) working at this location looked annoyed that I was there. She scanned my barcode, slapped 1 piece of loose tape on top of the box and stuck the return label on it where part of the old label was still showing. I didn't question her because I figured she would take the time to tape the box better after I left. Yesterday, this same box showed up at my house with the same lousy piece of tape on the box and my return label missing. They shipped this return to ME!! Now I have to go to another ups store and do the process all over. Be careful using this location with this person working there!!!

I would rather have given this location no star review. I only needed to mail off 3 policies. Was asked if I needed tracking, which I do not. I was then asked well how do you want to send it? I only need to pay for postage to send. I was then asked if I needed a roll of stamps. No, I don't need a roll of stamps. I just need to pay for postage for the 3 large envelopes! I usually go to an ACTUAL post office to do this, but since this location was on my way, I'll definitely not be coming back to a UPS store again.

Horrible experience. Employee was very rude.
Gave her my package and she told me my total was $8.16 and I confirmed that with her and went to pay and she said $80.16. Not to mention she wasn’t hospitable and very rude

Always impressed how quickly and easily they manage requests. Even if there’s a line they crank through requests. Friendly staff as well.

I would’ve given it a 4 but one of the many overnight shipments I make didn’t make it on time (by noon vs delivery at night), and the store gave me a hard time when I asked for a partial refund or another sort of compensation as I was charged to have it there by noon. They didn’t even know the process to file a claim which I had to research to teach them. It looked very unprofessional on the store. Days later I just got a very nonchalant call that they really did not have to deliver by that time as long as they did it same day. SMH

I’ve been going here for a couple of years and the staff are very helpful and extremely kind. They just stayed late to help me ship something, and Ann even ran out to my car when I forgot the receipt. And I’ve never had a package not get to its destination.

I visit the ups store daily at 11:30. Usually the Riverside road location. This was my first experience with this store #6348 or should I say Franchise as the lady rudely stated when I offered my phone number so that my information could be used. Every other store I use only needs a phone number and everything is usually in the system. Had the worst customer service experience at this location I’ve ever had with the ups store Ann the customer service representative was not a pleasant experience and this will be my last time using this franchise!
