They butchered my hair and the only option to save it was to shave it off to make it all an even legnth like i had requested i had to SHAVE MY HEAD TO FIX WAT THEY DID TO IT not only that but when i told them how unhappy i was after crying for 3 hours they told me no refund would be avaible as i left the place smiling as if i dont have an anxiety disorder that makes it almost impossible to speak up and when i did speak up during the cut she told me im the professional trsut me ill do good and did the exact picture i said DO NOT CUT MY HAIR LIKE THIS AND THEN SHE DID

If you’re looking for a stylist who is knowledgeable in all hair go see Natalie!!My daughter had super curly hair, and I have straight hair Natalie is able to cut both of our hair and make it look sooooo good! She also knows a lot about hair color and which products to use for your hair type.Not only is she an awesome stylist, but she is fun! I absolutely love our conversation whenever we go visit her.So glad I found her and will continue seeing her for our hair!

i completely agree with the lady who wrote the previous review the security made the experience supper uncomfortable and as someone who works in retail i completely understand the concern of people stealing but there’s better ways to go about it then making your paying customers uncomfortable. i was not once asked if i needed help just followed around

I went Friday, January 26th 2024. I’m actually so disappointed and surprised with just how disrespectful security is. I understand concerns about loss prevention, but it was to the point to where this lady was almost touching me and exclusively following me. I am actually so disappointed that this Ulta has gone so downhill. Management needs to do some HARD reflecting.

Sunday @ 5:48pm Cashier: Kristie has 0 personality!! She handed my items with receipt. I had to ask for a bag for items purchased. Why??? Because there was a long line and it was close to quitting time? Or because I’m Hispanic? I will never know. The two before me were handed a bag with their purchase in the bag. There was absolutely no reason for her behavior. If I could submit a review with 0 stars I would but I’m forced to give the minimum to post review. Please do better.

Had a wonderful experience at Ulta yesterday. I got the best brow wax. Definitely book your eye brow wax with Sarah at the benefit counter. She is licensed and skilled at her craft. Not only that, she was so knowledgeable on products that I was curious on. She color matched me perfectly on multiple items. She knew her stuff and related to me on my level to better assist me in what I was really needing. I've already booked a second appointment. Sarah really made my shopping trip fantastic.

Made an eyebrow appointment this morning at this location since I was gonna be up north. It was for 5:20pm and I got here at 5pm so I called to see if they could take me in earlier & the lady told me unfortunately their eyebrow girl had problems with her schedule and I wasn’t able to be seen today. She apologized for the inconvenience and even mentioned how they often have trouble with their emails not going out to clients. My problem is if you know emails don’t always work, why not give clients a call to let them know. Luckily the gateway location was able to see me last minute.Word of advice? Make sure you call this location to confirm your appointments.

Good because I knew what I was looking for but no one asked me if I needed any help back in the salon area. Three people passed me. I went up to talk to someone in the salon about making an appointment, she never once acknowledged me. I left. Even if you are helping another, a very quick "I'll be right with you" would have been sufficient and would have made an appointment.

The bad reviews of the manager are true. Her attitude is absolutely atrocious, I was waiting to pickup my order in the store, she just hands me my order, never checks whether it was mine and didn’t check my id, so I asked if she could check it in so I can get my emailed receipt. She didn’t say anything and walked away, I didn’t leave. So I asked another associate, if they were going to check out my pickup order. And in front of customers and all the sales associate she turns around from the other end of registers and literally screams “ IF YOU WOULD WAIT A MINUTE IM LOOKING FOR THE PHONE/SCANNER!”Lol what? Well communicate that then. Why are you so mad? Find a different career path that doesn’t involve communicating. I’m just a customer requesting that you process my order so I can get my electronic receipt? Also you shouldn’t be teaching the sales associates that it’s okay to give pick up orders away without checking IDs. Terrible manager.
