The staff was very helpful, but there were rats in the storage unit. They chewed through our brand new washer that we only had in storage temporarily (about a month). Even in that time a rat was able to do $417 worth of damage to the washer. I filed a claim but have heard nothing from uhaul.

Bad vibes here. Every time I come here one of the ladies talks to another lady disrespectfully IN FRONT OF THE GUESTS. On the other hand they were really cool to me.
