The customer service was over the top. They answers my million questions about different brands of tennis shoes. So knowledgeable. They were amazing and cannot say enough good things. I tried Dick’s but geez after 15 minutes waiting no one helped me. In the middle of the day with no customers. What a refreshing change Tyler’s was. So helpful and so nice. Talked to me right away. When I had an issue with my new shoes which the back broke before I even got one step to use after buying, they took them back and found me a replacement on my way home to Dallas. They got the correct size and style reserved for me to buy. Go here for any clothing needs or new shoes. You will not be disappointment!! Thank you all soo much! The North Lamar and the round rock locations were fantastic!!

Tyler's is a bright, fun store for beachy clothes. Everything there seems a bit college, athletic, or bohemian. They have a big shoe selection in addition to the clothes. This is a great place to stop if you're after shorts or t shirts for summer.
The only issues I've run into are the parking lot can fill up on weekends, and the staff can seem a bit inexperienced when it comes to things like processing returns or shutting off alarms.

My daughter Lucy and I had a great experience this evening purchasing shoes. The staff was super helpful and nice. We both found exactly the shoes we were looking for and the sizing was perfect. Looking forward to coming back for clothes shopping!
