I just got my car fixed at Twomey and had an AMAZING experience. I was in a car crash and had been given a quote by insurance that ended up being lower than the actual cost. Not only did Carlos match the insurance’s original price, but he also took it upon himself to call our insurance directly and sort it out when it ended up being more expensive to fix! He was incredibly kind and proactive. He offered to fix other parts of my car at amazing prices as well. Overall, I feel that this is a very honest business and they are really good at what they do! I’ve been to other auto shops and, as a young girl, these places often try to scam me and highball me. This was not the case at Twomey at all. They made the process super easy, and I’m very happy with the results!

I had pulled a part of my front fender off my BMW X2 on a parking block late Friday afternoon and it was dragging on the ground. Twomey was recommended to me by an automotive shop in Austin who said they couldn’t help me with my BMW. I called early Monday morning and Carlos said I could come in that same morning to have it evaluated. Carlos was so incredibly helpful and told me my options for the repair, a quote and timeframe for how long it would take. He even went above and beyond by finding the part available locally instead of ordering it, meaning I could have my car fixed same day. It was even available to be picked up earlier than he estimated and was driving home by 3pm that day. Carlos and the whole team made the experience painless and exceeded my expectations. I have some other repairs I have been holding off on due to negative experiences with the Austin BMW Dealership, and will definitely be coming back to Twomey when I am ready to do them. I would highly recommend supporting this great local and family owned business. The very good boy Willie also deserves a shout out!

I had my Hyundai repaired after a rear-end collision, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The team was incredibly friendly and professional and delivered quality work. Highly recommend them for their excellent service and efficiency!

Such a great auto shop! My car got broken into and they were able to order the parts and fix my car within a day. Carlos was super helpful and accommodating throughout the process. 10/10 recommend!

I recently was in a car accident and took my vehicle to Twomey Autoworks here in town.
My main worry was that my older car was going to be totaled out and I was gonna get a measly payday from the other guy's insurance.
But the guys at Twomey showed me my options to help keep me under budget and get my car back on the road.
They did a great job on the repairs, were super friendly, and I had my car back sooner than I thought I would.
I highly recommend this place!

Twomey Auto Works did a terrific job replacing and painting the bumper and side mirror on my Honda Accord. Reasonably priced, great service and a quick turnaround. Positive experience all around.

Hello I just wanted to share my experience with Twomeys, and I've got to say that Carlos Santana were great throughout the whole experience they were very responsive every time I called and I'm a helicopter customer one might say and they were super nice throughout the whole thing every time I called they were courteous let me know what was going on and they worked with us on a good price and with the insurance they really worked with us because the insurance was only going to pay for aftermarket prices but we wanted all original parts put back in our car they worked with us to be able to do that and they found us the cheapest deals they could on the parts and everything looks great I had one little issue when we got the car back the emergency brake wasn't working and so I called them two days later and let them know what was going on and they said go ahead and bring it back in and it took me about 2-3 weeks to get it back in becauseI had somebody pass in the family and also I couldn't afford a rental car at that time so when I was ready to bring it back in there like okay yeah come on bring it back in and they called me 2 days later and told me to go ahead and come pick up my car and that they were going to absorb the cost meaning I didn't have to pay anything. So I would highly recommend Twomey's Auto works. There are some before and after pictures.

Fantastic experience. Tanner was communicative and helpful throughout the process and the work they did was fantastic. Good as new! Price was fair and my car was in and out in around a week.

Twomey Auto Works is awesome!! I HIGHLY recommend this business. My car suffered severe hail damage and they did an excellent job on the repairs. My car looks brand new!!!

Brandon from Rising Sun Auto repair recommended Twomey and I feel like I scored two gems! Both shops (one repair, the other body shop) are friendly, honest and is the first time I not only didn't feel worried about being taken advantage of regarding car "stuff" but walked away feeling good that there are still truly honest, fair and good people around us. Thank you Brandon and thank you to the fella that helped me with the rear view sensor. You both are impressive!

When other body shops were trying to juice as much money out as possible, Twomey really helped. The repairs made my car look like it was fresh from the dealership, and they worked hard to keep the cost down.
I'm not using any other body shops again.
