Sat on this for two days just to cool off. Went in Saturday to a busy store at the time I walked in. By the time I was checking out there was nobody at the counter at either cashier (2). Set my stuff on the counter and forgot one thing. I went to get it (30 seconds). By the time I got back the cashier (with nothing to do) was moving my stuff to another table across the store. Literally while I returned. I asked why and I was told they were too busy for my stuff to be on the counter yet she had time to move it( rude as hell BTW) . I thought she was joking. Then she proceeded to tell me those were the rules. That didn’t go over very well with me. We exchanged words back-and-forth. I have never been treated like that at Twin liquors before in my life. Normally everybody is super friendly. This woman clearly woke up on the wrong side of the bed and was mad at the world that day. I will not be treated like that nor will I be back.

My favorite Twin location. The staff is knowledgeable and the store manager is always pleasant and has great recommendations. A very nice local shop.

I’ve come here a couple times and got rum and vodka. Prices are good. And the cashiers are always pleasant. They are in a shopping center, so there are plenty of parking spaces

Disappointed in this particular location. During a recent sale I used their website to locate a bottle I have been looking for. I got out there (after a 45 minute drive) and not only did they not have it in stock, they said they don't even have one in their entire company and never did. They said their website is notoriously wrong. So hey, that's not great, right?But no worries, one of their regional managers was there and said he would help me out. He took my number and said he'd call me Monday and see what they could do. He'd even get me a discount. I was so impressed that I bought two other bottles to show support for the good service.Wish I hadn't. That manager never followed up with me in any way. This used to be the best store in the region for service, but this was a terrible way to treat a customer. For a premium experience, stay far away from the Four Points Twin Liquors location. I gave a second star only because another girl that helped me was at least friendly.

Jared is the Sommelier at this location and is incredibly knowledgeable. We know a fair amount about wine but Jared has taken the time to learn our tastes and has been able to recommend new selections that we aren't already familiar with. It's always a pleasure to have wine conversations with him.
