I called to see if they had found a wallet, and they told me they didn’t, I still went to return some martini glasses because one of the was Brocken. I looked around and found my wallet myself on the hallway. Guy at the cashier said “that’s why I don’t let my toddler play with my wallet” which was very rude. I asked him if I could exchange them for new martini glasses and he said we are out. He asked me if I wanted the refund on the same card. I said yes. He asked me for the card and I said oh no, my husband payed for it. I don’t have his card. A very nice lady said I might have some martini glasses in the back. Which by the way the guy never bothered to look in the back. While she went to get them. The guy said just so you know we have to use the same card to refund the money. I told him I wasn’t planning on getting a refund since I wanted to just exchange them. I never even asked him to use a different card. He said just so you know, for future reference. I told him yes I know this already. This was was just so rude. Can’t have someone like this working on retail.

We have been here a few times and I am so impressed with the customer service at the Mueller location. Ben and Andy are not only knowledgeable but make a point to know what you ordered last time and what you are interested in. We will continue to frequent this location and look forward to having them suggest products to us.

I like Twins because they seem to be ideally located to my favorite HEB shopping centers. Nice way to draw in customers. But more than that, their prices are better than any in Austin. They have a decent selection of all the spirits, beer and wine.

I came in on my lunch break in a hurry. I parked in 10 minute parking, hoping I could get out in time. Ansley made recommendations and helped me get everything I needed and back in my car in 5 minutes! Excellent service!

Had a very uncomfortable experience despite coming here since moving to Austin for a year. The manager is professional, HOWEVER there is an argumentative and difficult old woman that works here who is a nightmare. She will refuse to check inventory for you and is even ignorant to the fact that you can use a temporary license/ID to legally purchase alcohol as long as you are of age.My mother and I had to get a manager to come in and inform her that you indeed could use a temporary ID/license as well as check stock for the product we travelled specifically to this location to get. She even threatened to refuse to serve us NOT because of the license, but because I told her that the license was adequate identification. Mind you, we never did raise our voices or disrespect this person.I hate to make this a race thing, but I would be a fool not to account this to the fact that my mother and I are minority women and this employee OBVIOUSLY had a mental “Karen”-like issue going on. Please hire employees that respects ALL of your patrons. Thanks.

I walked in looking for a bourbon I had tried in Dallas and D'Andres helped me find it. He then helped me understand the nuances I couldn't identify in a blended Texas whiskey. He spent 20 min with me discussing different bourbons and after deciding I wanted to try something new, I left with 4 bottles. I know scotches but Bourbon is not my expertise. D'Andres is super knowledgeable, patient, kind and a great listener. I needed his ear to help me try to identify what I was envisioning in something new.
