I had the most amazing experience on June 26, 2024. I went in to this location for some stuff for my godfather. I went to check out and the lovely person at the counter asked if I had found everything okay. I said “Yes ma’am.” Then realized they may not be a ma’am. They were so gracious. And then since they were wearing a pin with their pronouns on it I was able to be respectful. Those two people working that day (around 4pm) were amazing humans. I wish them the best and they deserve raises.

Rude staff, prices are really high. Found the same bottle at total wine for $10 less.

Just your regular liquor store for the daily drunks to come in and get their juice multiple times per day. They keep all the good stuff in the back for wholesale and if they tell you they don't have it, they are lying to you.

Never have I been treated so disrespectfully by a clerk. I came back into the store after I made my purchase to verify that I had paid the right amount. Both women were extremely hostile towards me and treated me as if I had come in to break things. I was thrown out of the store with the large clerk woman standing by the door, holding it open and screaming in my ear multiple times “have a good day Sir!” meaning “get out now!”. I had approached them respectfully and that was their response.

Worst customer service ever. Especially if you are a wholesale. They have always treated me like I got no value to them. And of course I had to bite the bullet because as a bar we don’t have too many wholesale places to go to but I done care where or how far I need to go but I will find an alternative and go there instead.

The manager "Chris" was completely unprofessional and rude, I called asking if they had a bottle in stock because his wholesale distributor said they showed two In stock and I called to confirm and his response was why am I calling liquor stores asking if they have bottles. Like why else dumbass?

These two amazing ladies helped me find everything I needed. I just turned 21 so I wasn’t sure exactly what tasted good together and they helped me find everything I needed to make an awesome cocktail. It tastes amazing and I’m super grateful for all their help!

I don’t think I’m coming back to this location. I was just inside and was unsure of where the Kaluha was (since I don’t drink it). Girl at the front counter just responded with “in the Bailey’s isle”. So I turn around to see if there was a clear “Bailey’s isle” and couldn’t see what she was talking about. I turn to her and apologize and ask for her to point out where the isle is… she simply rolls her eyes as if I were asking her a billion questions and rudely says “keep walking and I’ll tell you when to stop”. I even felt the need to apologize that I didn’t see it while checking out and clarified that I don’t usually drink it. She proceeds to ignore me and check me out without saying a word accept for asking me if I want a receipt. Maybe I’m a big softy and she was just having a bad day, but I don’t think giving her a chance to be rude to me when I tried to be overly courteous. The gentleman in the glasses is always super helpful and polite when I go in. Maybe some feedback on customer service will help this employee out

Really bad service. Today (sept 11th) the cashier ( a young woman ) was so rude and unfriendly with my son who has autism. This is not the first time something like that happens in this place . I will never be there again and I hope everybody see this post and they don’t live this type of experience.

Went to Twins for my semi regular jug of Jameson Black Barrel. The lovely and gracious Celeste was helpful, knowledgeable and considerably polite. If all your associates embraced their tasks as Celeste did, Twins would have zero competition!

"Manager" or the girl acting like she ran the store stopped helping her customer to come ask everyone I was with for id's to buy a small bottle for $30. Seemed like she wanted to show her little authority she had of asking people for their id's. I don't mind showing my id to the cashier that is helping me but she didn't have to stop helping someone else to come ask for everyone's id.
