No acknowledgement that I walked in, even though salesperson was 4 ft from me. No nod, nothing. Checked out at counter with similar treatment, and no thank you after a purchase. This is not what I expect from Twin as Ive always had great service from you at many locations. Please address with your people!

This store never has soda. Seems pretty easy. Liquor and mixers. Even after complaining multiple times. This location doesn't seem interested in fixing this issue.

Jabour family has the upmost class and respect for their customers and trains staffing to treat clients/customers this way too. Knowledgeable and kind, everytime.

I just stopped by your location on Brodie lane and received the worst customer service I have ever had at any liquor store, or any store for that matter, in my life. I come in regularly and love your employee Jorge, he does a great job and is friendly and helpful. However, I just stopped in around 12:10 today 6/2/2021, and the customer service i received from the woman working the register was EGREGIOUS. I didnt catch her name, but I'm sure you can find out who it was by looking at your schedule. First, I asked her if the titos was $30, she did not look at me she did not respond she only nodded her head. Then I went to check out and I said how's your day been and she snapped at me with "do you have your ID". I was happy to pull out my ID and show it to her, at which point she said "no I only need the back". So I then tried to hand her the card and she repeated, "no just show me the back". This was all spoken with a sharp, aggressive tone of voice. Whoever is in charge here needs to reprimand her, she is going to lose you business, completely unacceptable behavior.

Despite the fact that I shop at this location (027) fairly frequently, I was terribly disappointed with my visit today. I went at 11am to pick up a few items. The manager/cashier was busy on the phone. When she got off the phone I asked her a few questions about certain items and recommendations and she replied..rather short answers. I went to pick up two bottles of wine and appears that the top bottle on the rack was not properly anchored so it fell and chattered near my feet. I was wearing flip flops and very fortunately I didn't get cut. She came over and gave me a disappointed look and didn't even ask if I'm ok. She closed that aisle for safety reasons. I proceeded to check out and mentioned that the bottle was not properly anchored and that it's lucky that I didn't get hurt. She completely ignored me. I mentioned it again, and she looked at me and said nothing and proceeded to help the next customer. I'm very disappointed and hope the owners remedy this poor behavior. We all have choices and I for one will no longer shop here and will start going to Specs or Total Wines even if it's an extra ten minutes drive!

I recently ordered online for delivery. There was a delivery charge which I expected and was 100% fine with the charge. What I objected to was the 10% tip. There was NO mention of the tip, it was just added onto the bill. I would not have minded if I was given a choice to tip or not to tip and I might have given more than the 10%. Because of this, that will be the last time I give Twin Liquors any of my money. They have too much competition for them to take this cavalier attitude just to add a tip without permission.

The man who helped me pick out a bottle of whiskey last night made an excellent suggestion (Old Forester)!

Twin liquors is a great store, but this location has one flaw. If Ric is at the counter, I will just walk right out. He chats with everybody, but for way too long. He also can never seem to find what I'm wanting. If I'm getting minis, and I can see them on the shelf, he often spends a couple minutes looking under the counter for them. One time, he even rearranged all of the minis under the counter while I was waiting for him to get me some. Like I said, Great store, one flaw.

Wanted to look around but had to make my purchase quickly because they don't offer a public restroom. Won't be back. Total wine has a public restroom, I'll continue to go there from now on.

Will not be returning because the older woman wearing a hat today was completely rude to my father this evening. The other young woman was very nice in asking if we needed help when we were looking at their tequila selections. Even offered to look up if a location close has a specific kind he wanted. When my father jokingly replied back "how close are we talking?" The other older worker replied back without looking up from her computer and in a very condescending tone "that's what she would be looking up." And then rolled her eyes and shook her head like that was the dumbest thing she heard. I don't think it's very hard to be pleasant to costumers who weren't doing anything wrong and just trying to make conversation? It caught us very off guard since nothing should have provoked her to insert herself into the conversation in such a hostile way. I even replied back to her saying "He was just joking you don't have to be rude?" And got no acknowledgment back from her. So we told the young woman no thanks in looking anything up anymore and immediately decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. Tip for the old lady is if you have the nerve to be rude to customers at least have the guts to look up from your computer and say it to their face.
