Refused return of a spoiled wine. First I was told returns are only accepted if the bottle is sealed, how I am to know the wine is spoiled without tasting it is beyond my knowledge. (I returned the bottle mostly full, with just a glass missing)
I was then told it was "just the taste" and that it "couldn't be spoiled because they had other 2019 bottles on the shelf". I have no clue that that was supposed to prove. Almost ANY liquor store or winery will accept refunds or replacements (either would have been fine with me) no questions ask. I was extremely cordial to those working there, I understand they were just following their managers orders but this is a 1 star policy.
They are cheapskates though and through at this shop.

The store is clean and well-organized. Jordan provided excellent assistance in finding a great bourbon for my wife and me.

Great liquor store with a huge selection and a very friendly, helpful staff. I always find new selections to try and have been really impressed with the knowledge of everyone working there. Try them out and see for yourself!

Went to the store at 10:47am on 5/24/24. Asking questions about different tequila and bourbon. The woman working was extremely rude, and acted like she had no time for her customer. I felt terrible leaving the store and will never come back due to the way I was treated.

Don’t go there there’s a little paper bag sign on the door that says be back in 10 minutes. Well, I waited 15 and no one came back and I watched many many people walk away to go down the road like I am to another liquor store twin liquors just lost my business for life.

Sometimes in the back of the HEB receipts they have good sales and promotions for the items inside the store so it's a nice place to get discounts and try something new

Waited outside for 10mins. Called the store nobody is answering it's only 7:30pm on a Tuesday. Thought maybe the employee might be in the restroom. Still no answer...
