The staff at Childrens Courtyard are exceptional when it comes to caring for the children. They treat each child as if they were their own, providing a nurturing and loving environment that is evident from the moment you step inside. The communication from the daycare is top-notch; they keep me updated throughout the day on my daughter’s activities, meals, and any other important information I need to know through the provided parent portal. Mrs. Leslie is amazing and we absolutely love how she is always available to assist us with anything we need. We appreciate Coach G for providing us with an exceptional service as we registered our girls for care. Overall the establishment is growing. We absolutely love Ms. Asha and Ms. Iyanna. ❤️

The reason why I give this school a one is because I am “Experiencing “ the lack of “Leadership” and “been Professionalism “ when it comes to the Director (Gregory Padgitt Jr. aka Coach) the leadership when it comes to the Director goes hand and hand , it needs professional skills when it come to talking to the Parents. When I drop my kids off at school I want to feel “Comfortable “ and “trustworthy” that my kids are in good care and also in good hands and I don’t feel like that is possible.when it comes to the lack of the leadership of the Director of the school.I don’t like when a “Director “ try to knock down a single parent because they don’t do what the “Director “is doing . If Gregory Padgitt Jr. aka Coach has a “issue” with the “parent” he won’t talk to you he will have a “Teacher” come and talk to the Parent and that’s what I mean when it comes to the lack of Leadership and not been professional ,Just because you don’t like the parent you should still be respectful and not rude .when it comes to the “Director “ of the school I had a disagreement with him and he was Belittling me as a parent and making me feel small as a parent (which I will do anything for my kids )that really made me look at him differently and also makes him looks really bad as a Director . But the sad part about it is I was hoping that this was going to be my kids new daycare home and it was the opposite of that . I was happy to see a African American Male as a “Director “of a Daycare but he let that little position over his head.I believe there should be “Boundaries “ that a Director shouldn’t cross when it comes to that Parent or the Parent family members .

I had enrolled my son around, probably going on two years now so he’s been there a little while. My son loves to attend to hang with his friends while also learning educational things!I initially enrolled him in because I used to work there and knew most of the workers, and really loved how Sheila kept up and ran everything. Definitely was so sad to see her go! But since then, I’ve had another child that also has been enrolled & has been attending going on a year, Who adores & loves her teachers and engaging with friends! The new Director coach Greg , Took over Tutor Time after Kathy left has definitely taken charge to change and make our kid’s environment more of a safe and fun place! I’m loving the new changes that’s currently being done with Tutor Time. “Out with the old, in with the new” ?❤️Coach Greg is great with his staff, is very hands on with everything he does. He’s attentive & understanding, very good with communicating things. Just overall very helpful and understand’s my needs as a single mother of Two!Coach Greg has also shown leadership values that is great for kids to know, he’s taught my son to hold the door for others.. Now my son takes charge to do so, and since then my son loves to come to school to be able to help others and hold the door open for anyone he may see that is coming through a door.Thank you guys for all you do!!

My daughter has been attending Tutor Time for over 2 years. Ms. Aysha's warmth and dedication have created a positive and engaging space for our daughter. My daughter loves her.Under the guidance of Mr. Greg, the director, we've witnessed a well-managed and supportive environment. His leadership reflects in the smooth operation of the daycare, and his commitment to the children's well-being is evident. It’s more than just a place of care; it's a community that fosters growth, learning, and happiness. My daughter is always happy to go to school and she has learned a lot. This was our 3rd daycare and by far our favorite place. They have a great app with updated photos and live camera which give us a lot of peace of mind.

We were so worried about having to put our 4 month old in daycare, before she was even born we were at TutorTime learning and getting everything set up for her. We were put at so much ease from everyone there. After out daughter was born financially it didn’t make sense to actually have her enrolled but between personal matters between family it was ultimately decided to go ahead and enroll her. From that point I was working with Coach Greg, who was so much help and set us up with a really helpful discount. Once we got our daughter enrolled and actually attending TutorTime on several occasions both Coach Greg and Sabrina surprised us with not only their kind words, but also gave us clothes for our daughter.Ms. Tina and Ms. Carol are the best teachers they have. Each morning we look at our smiling 4, almost 5 month old, and ask her if she’s ready to go see Ms. Tina and Ms. Carol and we get the biggest smile in the world. They take such good care of her and truly care for her like she’s one of their own kids. Anytime something is wrong or she’s been a little unlike herself and moody they always let us know, or if they see a diaper rash or have any other helpful suggestions.Sabrina and Coach both have their kids enrolled here and our daughter has quickly become friends with both of them, namely Sabrina’s kiddo. Anytime Sabrina’s kiddo is there and sees me pick up my kiddo they cry and get upset and vise versa. It is honestly one of the cutest things I’ve seen.I would HIGHLY recommend TutorTime to anyone who is needing daycare. They have a really detailed curriculum they use even for the infants.

Terrible place. They change directors what it seems like every 3 months. Back when Sheila was the director things were GREAT. Her communication and understanding as phenomenal....this new director, Coach Greg, is just awful. My son wasn't picked up a couple of times and instead of calling me to confirm they just left him at School....after the last incident he threaten me to "unenroll" him which at this point I told him to go ahead. He has no compassion nor listens to parents....save yourself a headache....by the way you'll also encounter new staff every month because they all quit, as parents we are told snack are provided but after talking to staff members (who no longer work there) I was informed the staff has to buy the kids snacks because the program won't fund that.

Ms. Tina and Ms. Carol and Ms. Aysha are amazing. They are the reason I brought my children here. I love Tutor Time because of them. I brought my youngest at 6 months old and wasn’t ready to put him in daycare. Ms. Tina and Ms. Carol put me at ease and have taken care of him so well. He has been here over 6 months now. My three year old has been here a year now and Ms. Aysha has been so amazing with her. Great daycare because of these people.

I have mixed feelings regarding this daycare. It was the first daycare that my 8-month-old baby attended and I was very nervous about the treatment my baby was going to receive. I became confident I really loved the app to watch my baby and the teachers are kind. The bad thing was that from the third day my baby attended he got sick every 10 days ??always something different and it was like that for three months he never stopped getting sick until we changed the daycare I think they need sanitize more the clases and toys

Someone needs to shut this place down…..or fire management!!! register you children at your own risk…your children will be sick once every other week and so will you with random illnesses…spread of illnesses here are constant, non-stop. They keep children alive thats about it, worst childcare experience ever…there is no good cleaning standards whatsoever….we took our kids out immediately!!! Problem was solved!!!

My daughter was heavily neglected here. Every time I brought things up to the director, I was told I was wrong. They are always coming up with new fees to charge you, while your kid isn't being fed or changed. I am ashamed to even say my kid went here. Terrible place. Needs to be shut down.

Words can't express how great this place is! Very clean facility. All the workers are truely loving and amazing. I grew up in ohio and had to deal with daycares there and they do not compare to Tutor time. If you want a place where your kids will feel loved and be happy bring them to this place.. you will not regret it!

We have been taken our new born there since he was 2.5 months old. We love his teacher. Everyone is very nice but they have issues with processes, procedures and staffing. They have a good demand for the service but they can get the right amount of staff.

My son went there from age 2 1/2 all the way thru pre-k, and he loved it. Even when we moved 15 min away, I continued to take him there. He is in kindergarten, and was ahead of the game coming from Tutor Time, and we went back to visit several times. Yes, there was the incident that made the news, but as a previous review states, the director took immediate action. The director at that time was actually one of the sweetest, most caring people, loved the kids so much, and fought back tears for weeks over that incident. I still have so much faith in Tutor Time that I just enrolled my 3 month old, and again, this is despite living 15-20 min away.
