Nice to have an old-school cleaner in the neighborhood. Been going there for years and they are always accommodating if I need something in a rush. I use them for laundering shirts (always without starch) and occasional dry cleaning. With many no-iron shirts in my wardrobe, I don’t go there as often as I used to but when I do, they remember my name.

This cleaners rocks. I used American Cleaners on east Oltorf until they messed up a pair of my pants and didnt really care. I moved to Twin Oaks and have been there now a couple years. They have been amazing. So happy i found them. My clothes are always perfect.

I've been bringing my clothing to T's Cleaners at Twin Oaks for years, and I've never had a bad experience, ever. Friendly and courteous staff, and the job is always done right. They are the only cleaners I use.

Worst customer service! The owner had the worst attitude ever, and would never go there again. Definitely would NOT recommend them for any one.

Tried this place out as a regular place to bring men's shirts. When an employee goes on vacation, they have to change the hours. Really? Then they don't issue tickets with the clothes, which sure makes it difficult to claim an article has been lost. I won't be returning here. I urge potential customers to consider other choices.

I went on Tuesday and was quoted $12.50 by the owner Theresa to dry clean my coat. When I went to pick it up my bill was $15.50. I was lied about the price and the associate was not helpful. Also, it seems like they only steamed my jacket. Doesn't look any different from when I dropped it off. I'm completely unsatisfied and will not be going back. Honestly don't know how this facility is still open.

Old school dry cleaners with pretty decent service. I dry cleaned a 1940's Navy watchman's code coat with them. Price was reasonable about $18. But what's struck me as personal service was that the coat was missing buttons; they stitched on some cheap ones. Sure they're not the same as the originals, the fact that they went ahead and just stitch them its very good service in my books.

It's not in the greatest area of town, but they do good, quality work. They always finish my items on time, and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them!

No, no. no! Stay away from this place! They brought my blazer to me without a button and a rip on the inside seam of my sleeve after a dry clean so, I asked them what we can do about it. The guy said he had found my button in one of the machines, he was sorry and that they would be more than happy to fix it for me. They bring it back and tried to charge me for it! The same man that FOUND my button tried to say that they were not at fault because there was no WAY the machines could have done all that to my jacket. Oh, I'm sorry. I could've sworn you said you FOUND my button in your establishment. A coworker of mine had the same issue except, they RUINED her sweater. Again, the owner stated that they were not at fault. BEWARE this place unless you want your clothes to come out a shitty mess!

Poor quality dry cleaning. I asked for no middle crease down my pants and they put a starched crease I will never get out- this happened twice. On a seperate occasion there was small mark on a vest that I took in, and I picked it up with the same stain in which I was able to remove with soap in water. Worst dry cleaning I have ever had.
