Lovely area if you want to be close to the arboretum area. Shopping close by. Very friendly staff and breakfast is included. Be sure and check the time breakfast starts and ends. Great coffee.Pet friendly and nice doggie area.Rooms: Clean, mini fridge comes in handy.

If you're only there for the sleeping, you will still be disappointed. Smoke alarms go off EARLY every morning when the breakfast is being prepared. Rooms are clean but very small and Spartan at best. (For example, no towel racks in the bathroom and only one chair of any sort in a King Bed room.) Breakfast was adequate. Water pressure was fair. Staff is friendly.Noteworthy details: Plenty of free parking.

I didn’t have a great experience at the motel with my family during my vacation the rooms are small and the breakfast they served was horrible and there’s no microwaves in the rooms and the alarms would ring every day early morning scaring my kids and I wouldn’t recommend horrible service

Fairly new property in a very convenient spot—lots of shopping and dining options nearby! Evening staff is friendlier and more personable than morning staff but overall good front desk experience until the last day.**as already mentioned, paper thin walls. WITH a sound machine in our room we could hear people next door drop things, phone alarms go off, muffled conversations ?**breakfast isn’t worth messing with. Warmed up preformed eggs (dried out), stale white bread and plain bagels. The pancake machine was finicky for others so we didn’t try it. Not a lot of options, not much flavor. We hit HEB & Trader Joe’s to stock up on breakfast goodies. Coffee is decent tho.**the fire alarm went off every morning that were were there—between 6:15am and 6:35am. No instructions that it was false & no evacuation. One guest asked the desk about it and was told “the kitchen burned something”. My daughter was attending a competition and had been out late both nights prior, and the startingly early wake up didn’t help her perform her best.Rooms: Fairly new & clean. Love the no carpet options in the Tru line as mold/mildew is definitely less present. The hard floors do make it LOUD tho. Bathrooms could be better designed—more towel hooks! Beds were fairly comfortable

The best experience thanks to OSCAR with maintenance/security!! On saturday night I had a bit of an issue and he went above and beyond to help!!! As a native austinite born and raised, I will absolutely be staying here when I come back home to visit my family!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very well thought out rooms. We spent a lot of time at the pool table as well, even though we were here only one night. Front desk staff was very kind. Breakfast was alright - probably the only thing that could be better.

We loved our stay here! Hot chocolate and coffee always available in the lobby, a beautiful outdoor space, snacks for purchase, modern design, comfy beds, and a yummy free breakfast. Highly recommend!

Bed was a little firm than what I'm used to at Hilton hotels. I love a soft bed! Everything else was great!Allergen friendly breakfast options, hot coffee and cocoa always available in the lobby, pool table. I have never had a bad experience at a Hilton.

Great for what it is and where it is. Good rooms, good breakfast, coffee in the lobby. Easy and quick check in and out. It is and does exactly what we needed, and does it well.
