Clean, close to the airport. Restaurant next door. Decent location but there is a homeless camp accross the road. Not a major issue for me. But good to know in case that affects your decision. Otherwise I think this spot is a 10/10 for me.

The positives
- The staff is super friendly.
- For an economy hotel, the lobby is quite nice. The fitness room looked nice, though I didn't try it out.
- The coffee machine is available 24/7, and it's hot and well-maintained.
- The location is good for travelers. It's in spitting distance of both the airport and downtown. There's eating options in walking distance (in other hotels, but still, accessible). However, it's not near a city bus line, if that matters.
The negatives
- Water pressure in the shower was weak.
- Flooring in the room felt a little sticky, for lack of a better word.
- The walls are paper thin. Expected for the price, I suppose. There wasn't anyone making egregious noise, but I could easily hear people's conversations and tvs walking down the halls.
- The air conditioning unit in my particular room was LOUD. There was another loud buzzing mystery noise that would cut in every so often as well. Perhaps an AC from an adjoining room?
- There was some water damage under the air conditioning unit, and that made me feel paranoid that there might be mold.
Ultimately, the room failed at the one job I needed it to do: give me a place to sleep for the night. I ended up checking out early, before breakfast.

The hotel is very new and very clean! The room is just perfect for one or two nights, for one person ou a couple. Good breakfast, several options at the mini market, beautiful gym and great wi-fi.
Christine at the desk was just the sweetest!
Rooms: Good space, good bed, good TV channels, very clean and organized. Good bathroom and shower.

I usually stay at the Marriott brands around AUS, but I saw the Tru Blue last time I was in Austin and decided to stay-- glad I did!!! Christine, the front desk associate, was extremely warm and welcoming to me and my spouse. She immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable, and it really made a good impression of me. I let her know they were stealing me from the Marriott's around there and she really just went above and beyond to make sure my stay was going to be a happy one, and made sure I knew about Hilton Honors. Rooms are great for a one night layover. Clean, comfy, modern with all the basic essentials and even a sound machine, because the nearby highway is a little loud. i like a hotel that addresses a known issue! Cable channel selection is really good, which surprised me, because Marriott and Hyatt have really made their selctions barebones-- so we were able to catch a baseball game (finally). They have breakfast and if you are a coffee snob like me, they serve Lavazza. Parking is easy and overall, staying here for for a flight out is nice. I think they also have a shuttle. Hotel is very modern and well cared for and clean. 110/100, the extra for Christine's hospitality. Also, try Javi's on the other side of the highway. Its my favorite Tex-Mex place here and the location to the hotel is great.
Rooms: Super clean, comfy and modern!
Nearby activities: Downtown is not far!
Safety: Feels super safe. Never worry about my car parking overnight.
Food & drinks: Javis nearby is great.

Great, convenient location. Super clean hotel and clean rooms! Very friendly service. Had the pleasure meeting Christine at the front desk. Awesome service from her and everything done with a smile. She is great!! Overall, just such a comfortable and welcoming vibe to the hotel. Highly recommend!

Rooms were nice, staff was friendly. It was a quiet hotel . Convenient to the airport. Fast and friendly pick up pick up at the airport.

From the moment I checked in until this very moment, I have been very satisfied with my stay. As soon as I walked in the door, Christine has made sure that my stay is comfortable. She has checked on me several times to see if there is anything she, or the staff, can do to make my stay more pleasant.
The rooms are new, modern, and clean. I appreciate the laminate flooring. The bathroom was clean and the bedding was fresh and clean.
Tonight is my last night, but I will definitely book at this Hilton brand again.

The rooms are nice and clean! The beds and pillows are super comfy. Also Christine did an awesome job at greeting is and getting us checked in.
