I have had such a pleasant experience with this community. The staff, especially Trevor, is so accommodating and quick to respond. I am currently looking in renting a designer unit filled with natural light with an amazing price. It’s located in a prime area with quick access to downtown.

*****DO NOT MOVE HERE**********If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would, just one of the worst living situations I've ever been in. Homeless people at my doorstep, roach INFESTATIONS that don't subside after the unit is sprayed weekly. There are racoons in my wall that claw with their talons (sounds like something out of a horror movie) on the opposite side of my bedroom wall right where my head rests at 5 am and when I try to sleep at night, I was told "there's nothing we can do, put a lavender car freshener in your air vents because they don't like the smell." The staff is relatively incompetent, I was told in one email my move out date was the 25th and after planning, was told it was actually 4/30 with no real explanation on their end. Shopping carts from HEB that the homeless leave in the parking lot, lots of suspicious activity. Overall, pretty much anywhere is going to be better than this place. You've been warned.

Ibet is very sweet and helpful! Prices are reasonable and maintenance is certainly trying their best, you see them going back and forth all day trying to knock out as much work as they can.

Staff is helpful and friendly.Was told my unit would be upgraded and just like the model. Besides the walls being painted (poorly), it definitely is NOT. No stainless steel appliances, fridge won't even stay closed (and I have tried to fix myself); walls and windows are not sealed, and hooks in bathroom were not even attached and fell off.Very unhappy and discouraged by the unit conditions, especially the Roach infestation. Had to try and exterminate MYSELF before bringing my things in. Praying they do not come back. Is 1 thing I made CLEAR before signing lease, NO BUGS!

Everything has been great here except for the raccoons are in my walls and ceilings. Don’t let you sleep. I’ve contacted leasing offices and they said it’s really nothing they can do because they are A protect species, so I’m SOL

The apartment has served its purpose. It is cheap, nobody will bother you, and it has gotten a bit more secure in the past year.The downsides are: roaches and bugs, people hanging out in the stairwell, or in the parking lot, trash all over the place, kids running around at all hours, and if anything breaks good luck getting someone to your place to fix it. Our hot water was out on and off for about 3 months there which makes me think they tried the cheapest solution multiple times and it didn’t stick. The laundry room is pretty gross. Also — front office staff changes every 3 months and they often don’t know how to help or will give you attitude. Rent went up 30% year over year and we decided we could get a much nicer place.

absolute worst apartment complex in Austin Texas, do not and I mean do not move into this place, roaches, rats, construction starting from 6am till 7pm, if u like sleeping in thats a big no no, nails everywhere in the parking lot, no security, human feces in the dog park, mantinance takes 3 months to do anything, loud as heck ice cream truck comes through every night even in 40 degree weather, office workers have an attitude and won't help you, gunshots every night, kids screaming all weekend, its not worth it, literally go live anywhere else and you'll be better off.

Needs to be condemned. Don't move here!!!! Will lie and say there's nothing wrong with apartments but that's merely the surface . Everything that can go wrong will happen here .

If I could put zero stars, I would. This place is infested with raccoons and roaches. The staff is largely unhelpful. Southeast Austin apartments in general are heading downhill due to all these third party (not local) companies taking over management. They don't care about their tenants' quality of life; they only care about profits. Avoid at all costs.

Trio Apartments on pleasant valley rd. Is a nightmare, within the past two weeks my apartment has flooded with sewage coming through the bathroom and shower. There is trash strewn across the property which never gets cleaned up.I’ve never had hot water in my shower even though maintenance has tried multiple times to fix it.The apartment is full of cockroaches, we also have feral animals within the walls of the apartment spreading their fleas risking the spread of disease to the people who live here. Management is complacent and is only concerned about collecting their rent. BEWARE!!!

Do not rent here! Full of roaches. The apartments have humidity issues. And the laundry place is a nightmare, 5 of 7 washers don't work!The "gym" has 4 machines, 2 of them broken.We often have problems with the hot water.The organization of the people working at the leasing office is unacceptable, they have tried to charge me extra for not having insurance, even tho I have it, they just lost the records.When I send my letter that I am not extending the lease, they said they didn't receive it because the person doesn't work with them anymore. Well that's not my fault, I gave it on time more than 60 days.

Truly the most disgraceful excuse for an apartment complex I have ever witnessed. Had cockroaches, rats, and a room that's falling apart at the seams. The front office is incompetent, poorly managed, and usually unavailable to help. They will hit you with hidden fees nonstop and do the bear minimum possible. If you think moving here because it's cheap is a good idea let me assure you that it will become expensive quickly. It's a dating apartment complex so anytime they can pull money out of you they will. DO NOT MOVE HERE! I didn't listen to the reviews I read and that was a mistake don't be a fool like I was.

Trio's staff including Bryan (Property Manager) and Brenda (Assistant PM) have been nothing short of bullies. I have been diagnosed with severe anxiety b/c the staff could care less about my mental health. I have had to order UberEats & spend hundreds of dollars on take out b/c I can't cook in my apartment as anytime I do, roaches fall into pans. There are roaches in the microwave & since they never fixed my fridge, there are roaches in my freezer. I have swallowed roaches on accident or they have fallen into my mouth or my body while I sleep. I can't have groceries in my own house. That's how bad it is. When I complained & let them know I might have to seek legal help, they told me they won't even speak to me. To further bully me, they took away the building lights & made sure the fire alarm outside my building keeps going off. Speaking of...my apartment doesn't even have a fire alarm, which is highly illegal. I have sent them videos of roaches, homeless people sexually harassing me, but they haven't taken any steps on making this a safer place. Don't move here, I'm severely depressed and I don't know how I can get more help or simply get out of Trio. Please please please don't move here, if you care about your mental health.
