My issue with the shop was lack of communication, I never received a call when I dropped my truck off and dropped my key in the front door, I didn’t get a call for a quote, I received a text from them saying what was wrong, I had to call them to get more information from the service writer, who he, Derek, was a very nice and helpful service writer, the communication could have been a little better.”
