The alternator went out, and he noticed that the battery cable got very hot - He kept it for an extra day to make sure after test drives and battery checks that there was no issue with the electrical. My issue with the shop was lack of communication, I never received a call when I dropped my truck off and dropped my key in the front door, I didn’t get a call for a quote, I received a text from them saying what was wrong, I had to call them to get more information from the service writer, who he, Derek, was a very nice and helpful service writer, the communication could have been a little better.”
